Homewood Suites by Hilton Toledo Downtown

The property had no water and no electricity upon arrival. Had to cancel reservation. The upkeep of the property was in great condition. Staff help out the best way that they could under the circumstances. I was able to get a full refund. Me and my wife prayed and hope the electricity and water for plumbing was restored.

Patrick at breakfast was lovely. I asked for 2 more pillows to accommodate my broken arm and I had them immediately

Super Clean Room with Riverside View & Amazing Lights lite up the bridges at night. Super Friendly Staff from talking to Vallet Parking Staff, Front Desk Check In, Breakfast Staff, Checking Out. Parking Garage attachef to hotel for safe parking. Breakfast was excellent too. Walking Distance from Fifth Third Field, River walk and parks, even the Walleye Stadium. Highly Recommended this Hotel and will definitely use it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Toledo Downtown! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy downtown Toledo. What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The complimentary breakfast was also a great addition and made the mornings easy and convenient. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Homewood Suites Toledo Downtown to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Toledo. 5 stars all around! The WiFi wasn’t working.

The name of course. You can expect high standards. Loved the proximity of the ballpark Pulling in to the property was challenging because spaces were taken. The signage could be improved upon.

VERY clean! Breakfast was good. Staff were great and polite. Very helpful staff, never huff and puffed. Unfortunately the system was down so when we arrived we had to check in manually and when given the room keys they didn’t work the first day (assuming because they weren’t properly activated because system failure) they worked for elevators but not our room doors. Thanks to the professionalism of the front desk staff Damola, Tim and Abe E., we were very chill. They had Jeremy from maintenance walk up to our room with us and let us in no problem.

The suite was MASSIVE and gorgeous. Bathroom was incredible. THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR!!!!

I love this place. very good for family with kids and family in general. Clean big bedrooms the only thing missing from this place is swimming pool. I have no complaints. Thank you.

I really enjoyed that it was in the part of downtown. And the main streets to get to other places was right there. What I didn’t like about the property was the breakfast. I felt that it should be more variety for the breakfast. It was just the same thing.
