Where is strange people in this hotel?

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the TV reception was spotty at best. The shower tub was slippery and there was no Matt.

I booked a reservation for 1 room with a king bed for two guests. We had issues getting into the room assigned. We had two different room numbers written down on the envelope with the key card. The front desk staff attempted to fix it, and when that didn’t work, they changed our room to 2 full beds. We were able to get into the room, but it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, air freshener, and other odor. We ended up asking for a refund and decided to continue driving for the night rather than stopping here to rest.

Air conditioning was so loud. It looks like was no working. Only warm air was coming out. There was so much noise from people from 11 pm to 4 am. I couldn’t sleep. My reservation was different and the guy who was attending didn’t looked for names and a guy started yelling because he thought I had his reservation. A whole chaos. Do not enjoy my stay.

Great spot, easy check in and out.

Definitely, do not take children or families there!

Grossed, worst kept room I’ve ever stayed in.

room smelled like the ashtray had just been emptied. AC went on and off continuously. Cosmetic I know, but the paper jacket for the keycard had been reused at least 4 times from the crossed out names and room numbers. Feared washing at the sink or shower would leave me dirtier than I started. Concerned that my car would be broken into by the folks hanging out in the parking lot. That said, my car was not broken into and I have not yet contracted any disease from the room.

Very aged. There was also a very distant unpleasant odor in the halls as well as the rooms. No standard amenities such as shampoo normal hotel soap. Towels were so worn you could see through them. Bathroom sink was cracked. The front desk however was courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Roaches and WiFi sucked

Room was dated which is fine but burn holes in the blanket! Walls in the bathroom were filthy! There was an odd smell and the noise of people kept us awake. I’m pretty sure people are living there.

Needs all Chile’s paint in bathroom and tubs fixed other then that wasn’t bad

Where do I start my rant, First was told the price was 300$ for a weekly rate arrival and told 40$ deposit and 91 dollars had to be put on my credit card with 300 cash for a grand total of 391.00:( Had to step around piles of dog poop too take my Chihuahuas outside. People smoking pot outside the entrances doors Rude!! Wouldn't even move. One little round soap on bathroom sink no other amenities in room. And for the final disgusting parr of the stay was COCKROACHES

Very clean

Staff was and is always very helpful and kind! Alana and Steve are great! Suzie is an amazing housekeeper, our room was very clean! Our stay was great, quiet, and very affordable!! I would highly recommend this hotel to others!! Kelly J

The bed was comfortable, but there was a large dark stain on the sheets. The public areas and the room smelled. The room was very worn, and it was hard to tell if it was unclean or just stained, chipped, etc. There was a lot of available parking.
