Cranberry Country Lodge

Have stayed here plenty of times. I have to say this was the only time I was mildly disappointed. Everything was fine except for the room. When we opened the door to the room there was this odor that smelled like wet dog. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom was not working correctly. It was blowing out semi cool air the whole night. I spoke with the desk clerk in the morning about both of them but especially the odor. When I went downstairs in the morning a man was cleaning the elevator and it smelled like our room so I am assuming it is the cleaners they use. This needs to be changed if it is.

Room was kinda dirty yet exhaust fan for bathroom broken futon couch was broken dog hair and old cheese in couch dog hair on floor. I didnt have my dpg with us... door handle on fridge dirty. Also front deck people are stearo type rude as can to color people. Hall way smell like hamsters were living there. Overall good place just need better front desk people with better attitude toward colored people and cleaner rooms

The place was very nice. Beds were a little lumpy and the breakfast was not very good, unless you just ate waffles or yogurt.

The breakfast was horrible. Stay safe and just eat the waffles or cereal. Biscuits for gravy were still slightly frozen and had an off taste. Eggs were watery

It was an excellent trip for my little single mom family. The pools were great for my youngest and oldest. The breakfast was very nice. My kids had a blast. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great much needed get away. Maybe more slides for the kids.

Hotel was very clean and the room was great. Note there are no lifeguards and the pool area gets crazy with older kids. Rules are definitely not followed. But we had a good time.

The room was way too warm. The air conditioner did not cool the room and I had it set to the lowest number. I think the bed was way too close to the unit and it could not circulate the cold air.

Pool was great easy location. Free parking! Staff was very kind Booking I submitted for queen and bunk beds, was not what I received, but enjoyed what we got even more.
