Excellent location. Excellent price. :-)

Our room stunk horribly. I know they allow pets but our room smelled like it must of had a pet in there for a while that pee’d on the carpet. Nearly left after checking in but could not get a refund. To add fuel to the fire, we selected this hotel and paid $60 more than a couple others we were looking because the pictures looked nice compared to competitors in the same ratings range. This staff needs to address the room smell because I know I can’t be the first to bring it up.

Room very dirty!! Not vacuumed and hair on the floor in the bathroom. I noticed a couple other travelers leaving because it was so dirty

My room was not vacuumed and bathroom floor had hair all over. We should have checked out. We had two other families that checked in and went to another hotel because it was so dirty. I did not inform them and they did this on their own. I thought they had a hot tub according to website but there was none

Decent hotel and a great price. The only thing i didnt like was that there are no elevators in the hotel.

Stay was average. No one was at the front desk when I arrived and no one was there when I left. So I had to wait both times. The bathroom sink was leaking, but it was too late when I arrived to do anything. Full breakfast was not available even though it was 45 minutes after the time it started, and there were a lot of people. When you’ve been traveling on the road for over three weeks, those amenities matter.

We cancelled upon arrival after learning the entire first floor was being recarpeted, and the only rooms left were a long walk upstairs with loads of luggage and bad knees. Right next door we had a fabulous stat at Cranberry Lodge.

Shower doesn’t drain well, you are standing in water while you shower. Room didn’t have washcloths. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices. Muffins and bread were really dry.
-
The place is definitely tired. Could use a thorough cleaning and updating. Breakfast was at best fair.
-
The tub faucet dripped all night long and our room was very humid. Stains on the carpet and not up to date at all. Not some place I would choose to say again.
-
The room smelled like a bleach and foul smell. The shower was full of hair had to wash before I could take a shower. We left two days before we were supposed to.
-
Beds was super uncomfortable. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Tub drained extremely slowly. Breakfast selection was ok.
-
The room was clean and very kept up. The gentleman working the front desk was very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
-
Breakfast was good with eggs and fruit
-
Parking was good
-
No real complaints but was inconvenient that there was no elevator and no luggage cart on the 2nd floor. A consideration for anyone that may not be comfortable with that.
