Red Roof Inn & Suites Tomah

I think we got the last hotel room in Tomah that night, and let's just say it was underwhelming. The room was okay, but the overall facility was very messy (the rugs desperately in need of vacuuming, which didn't inspire confidence in anything else being clean). Breakfast offerings were minimal and the pool was closed (both reasons we picked this location over pushing on in our road trip). At over $200 a night, I expected better. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay!

The Bed was comfortable, all the amenities were fine, overall the room itself was great. The Bathroom was small, I guess for the size of the room, it was okay. The biggest problem i had was the Bathtub.it "Did Not" Have a Anti Slip Pad, because of that, I slipped, my feet went up in the air, my butt it the floor of the tub hard, and my neck and my head hit the back of the Bathtub. I didn't pass out, I was conuses and I struggled to get to my feet. I finished my shower and exited the Bathtub. I informed the gentlemen at the front desk what happended, and contacted my Representative with Booking .com that helped me get this reservation.

Bed sheets and blankets were stained, towels were stained, bathroom smelt of mold and must. Walls and stuff on them. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Fridge didn’t seal shut. Pool wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t there half the time. Seemed like everyone was on drugs and lived there. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

No pool, very unclean

It was OK for the price and a place to sleep and shower.

While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back.

location was great, breakfast was ok. gym was locked and pool/ hot tub are locked and slowly evaporating. this site has been at least 3 other hotel chains in last 12 years

The computers were down, it took a long to check in. Room smelled. Overall sub standard.

Rooms were nice and updated. The main lobby, & breakfast room were not real. The pool was not working due to remodel but booking showed photos of the pool in working condition.

The pool area was closed and the supposed continental breakfast was only so it yourself waffles. It was just plain gross.

Ok location Dirty and stained sheets and comforters. Doesn’t even look like the sheets were changed. Several rooms had not been cleaned that were assigned to us. Ended up in a disgusting room with blood on the walls. Homeless looking people walking around inside the hotel. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. VERY DIRTY PLACE. Front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do about it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO SLEEP, WONDERING IF SOME HOMELESS GUY IS GOING TO GET IN YOUR ROOM SINCE THE DEADBOLTS DON’T WORK.

Nothing End doorways had rocks to keep them open. I kicked them out multiple times. Not clean in bedroom, bathroom, hallways. Pool closed and half drained. Outside landscape is overgrown weeds.

Nothing Rude front dest. I wanted a further away room and the scumbag didn't give me one, I was smelling cigarette smoke in my room all night. It ruined my stay. The front desk didn't care. I asked for compensation and didn't get any. I was so upset. I will never stay st that property again. What a nightmare of an experience ?

The pool is out if service. The first floor smells lik pet urine. The first room they gave me looks lik ethe people that were in there just left. The room was not clean. They switched me to another room that smelled like urine. Don't waste your time.

Do NOT book this place. It’s was absolutely disgusting, we left and stayed somewhere else. People are living here, it is not maintained, the pictures are not accurate. The pool was not even full of water. We left right away despite the fact they wouldn’t refund our money. It’s a scam! Watch out!

The room wasn't clean,dirty bed,dirtyfloors,no toilet paper, no coffee stuff,nothing wiped down or dusted,there was a 14in, booardlaying on my nightstand with a rusty nail in it.i documented pictures of it.
