ground floor room, the car was parked right outside the room. I requested at the counter to let me view the room before I pay, she refused to let me see the room and demanded to pay money first then only will see the room, what is the use of viewing the room after paying money. The locality was a bit creepy, did not face any incident by had a feeling of an unsafe surrounding. The reception counter was so blocked and protected with a smallest hole to have conversation with the counter-person.

Location When we walked into the hotel room, all you could smell was cat pee! The room was not clean or modern. I can usually find something good to say about a hotel but this was terrible. We stayed about 30 minutes dropped our key card in the box and went to another hotel. It was terrible!

The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off

I asked for a non-smoking room, and got a room that smelled like cigarettes, the service was bad, they barely came to clean the room, I had to ask for cleaning service many times. they gave me a room in the back part of the motel, and had to walk a distance to my car.
