Very clean everything worked
-
It was a place to sleep. Dirty, moldy bathroom.
-
Location Yes I got bitten by bed bug and was told it was a dust mite.
-
Location Wi fi signal was low
-
The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off

The property wasn’t far from major stores I didn’t like that parking was few but so is the motel
-
Rooms were dirty stains on sheets.
-
I asked for a non-smoking room, and got a room that smelled like cigarettes, the service was bad, they barely came to clean the room, I had to ask for cleaning service many times. they gave me a room in the back part of the motel, and had to walk a distance to my car.

Nothing Everything
-
It’s very expensive for what it actually offers The sheets in my bed where dirty, with something like pop or blood I could really tell ! It it was horrible
-
Close to highway.. Place is very run down… and small … Old looking and air conditioning unit in room was leaking do to placement in room.. Cigarette burns in the comforter… Just not a good room or experience..
-
The staff there was so nice warm, inviting, beautiful people. Will definitely be staying there the next time I come back to visit. Nothing major. There were a couple of potholes that just needed to be filled in. I know it’s Buffalo, New York, and I know that the snow and ice messes up the road.l understand that. nothing major.

Old buildings Price to high
-
Property could’ve been cleaner cobwebs in the corner, but it was about a quarter of the price of the other hotels in the area so for that I’ll put up with Just a little outdated, but still worth the money since everything else was triple that
-
The TV worked. That was a plus. It was filthy. The AC had to be plugged in and turned on, along with the fridge.
-
Absolutely nothing. It was insanely dirty, had water damage on ceiling and walls and had dirt all over, carpet practically stained the bottom of your feet from how dirty it is. Had cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets even though it’s a no smoking room and it smelt horribly of smoke. The doors look like they haven’t been updated since the 1800’s.
-
Nothing specific. Carpet was very dirty; it has to be replaced. We can't walk without slippers otherwise you have to experience with black color on your feet.
-
I didn’t like the property I choose it by mistake The property is in need of repair very poor condition and room smells bad. Refrigerator has rust and dirty same as microwave. Room door jam was damaged frame cracked. I should have demanded refund.
