The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, the pool was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the bed was comfortable and spotless. The location was also very convenient. The staff was brilliant. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable,roomy, & clean. The staff was friendly. They have a nice breakfast with many choices. The pool & hot tub was enjoyable. Stayed here for UB orientation as I was 8 min from UB. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome property. Arrived late in the evening and staff was very welcoming. Sparkling clean updated room with all essentials! WiFi and cable tv., a hot shower and a quiet nights sleep. Will return for sure.

Cheerful & helpful staff indicate good management here. They really care! The breakfast is a nice plus & the buffet is kept tidy. Comfy beds. Overall good value! I'll choose to stay here again vs fancy hotel because I felt welcome.

We came to see the Niagara Falls. The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes. It was quite a drive but we didn’t mind. The location was quiet and close to Panera Bread and Starbucks. The staff allowed early check-in which was great. The room was smelly as if it lacked ventilation. Maybe the carpet was the culprit. Also it was very small. The bathroom was tiny. It was enough was for two people though.
