Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Buffalo Amherst NY

The room was large, clean and there was a full kitchen in the room. I arrived pretty late at night after the front counter closed so the cleaning staff had to call her boss to ask permission to let me into the hotel. There’s no indication online that I needed to be there by a certain time.

It was good for the night since I would leave in the morning. I liked how the room was well and had a kitchen, although I did not use it. Have to say, it’s kind of a strange place overall. As for the front office they were smoking vape which was interesting, and not attentive, one waited a long time to be assisted due to this, they were almost too concerned with themselves. It seems almost like an apartment complex this place.

The toilet was dirty, asked for it to be cleaned and no one cared. The parking lot had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The dresser was falling apart. The refrigerator was dirty. The 2nd floor hallway was never vacuumed during our stay. Was not impressed with this property.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty. It smelled the AC worked. The filter was so clogged that it wasn’t blowing any air through it.

Staff was nice but couldnt help with nothing. Dirt everywhere. Most the lights didnt work.

I would not stay there. The room was dirty the Hotel wasn’t clean. Carpets looked as if they have been there for years without being clean. Linen looked filthy. Staff was very unfriendly.

It helps to have a kitchen. The microwave needed to be replaced because it sparked when we first used it. Staff was very helpful to bring another one. The property is just ok for the price. There are lots of long term residents there and so you would see them smoking outside. Very basic amenities.

Had to ask for more toilet paper and only stayed one night. There was only one blanket for two beds. One of the pillow had a blood stain on it.

as soon as we arrived to the property, there was a sign on the window saying "no vacancy, please contact your booking source for a full refund". I iimmediately called Expedia and the customer sservice lady was amazing. She tried to call the property multiple times to authorize the refund but she did not any luck. I am still waiting for the property to reach out to refund my money.

The shrubbery was over grown, weeds and trash everywhere. The carpeting is dirty and worn. The pictures provided on Hotels.com for this hotel were either when the place was first built or were of another hotel. The pictures didnt match the hotel. We only received 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 3 bath towels for 4 people on a 3 day stay. They charged a $70.00 security deposit and charge $2.00 a day for utilities. We only received 2 small bars of soap. The was no bodywash, shampoo or conditioner. We only received 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. We never seen any housekeepers in 3 days. They advertised breakfast and coffee, that did not exist. We had a kitchenett that consisted of a refrigerator, microwave and 2 hot plates. We were unable to use do to you have to buy the pots and pans, plates,bowls, glasses and silverware. There was no coffee maker in the room or on the property. There are no benches outside, so you have to sit on a concrete curb. The cigarette butt can was over flowing so people threw their cigarette button everywhere. The trash can that was inside the door in the lobby was over flowing with trash on the floor. There was trash in the hallways that was there upon arrival and still there 3 days later. You had to take out your own trash. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves for charging people to stay here. Alot of false advertising with this place.

On the top of all of these the front desk person said to me at my arrival and before he gave me a key to the room that I have to pay $12 in addition to what I've already paid via Expedia for the room to cover cleaning services ( or something like that, I couldn't clearly grasp what I am paying for ). In my travel times this motel is the worse one I've ever been in.

They turned me away from checking in saying the hotel was full, and Expedia will not refund my money

Rooms are not clean, toilet was not working..

You make the first impression of a place by its front door.And i was about to run away seeing the not 1 ,not 2 ,its like 1000s of cigarette butts next to the entrance door.I see that many people have reported the same but there is no action from management or whoever is responsible.I dont know how someone can run this business like this.The road which leads to the hotel has multiple big potholes ,that itself is a sign to runaway.This looks like an abandoned ship and stay away.

The fact that they overbooked and inconvenienced over 8 people.
