Great location and property, clean and maintained well When first checked in staff told us that housekeeping was every other day, but policy was every third day. So day 4 no housekeeping until requested again and when cleaned no fresh towels and trash can not emptied,

Hats off to the designers, everything in this room is modern, smart and elegant. 2 TV's, fancy tv bundle n streaming options, dedicated luggage spot n thoughtful use of the space with no useless dressers. I loved every element of this room design and its the first time i see it a hotel breaks away from the norms n make something useful The door shuts so fast n slams which is annoying

"We recently stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was exceptionally clean, and all the amenities provided were top-notch and well-maintained. A pleasant surprise during our visit was the pool: although we were informed during booking that it wouldn't be available due to maintenance or scheduling, it was actually open and ready for use when we arrived. My family and I really enjoyed spending time there! Overall, it was a wonderful, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for a quick getaway!"

Nice property, very close to North campus of UB so it was super convenient for orientation. The room and bathroom were clean and the hotel is well maintained. The beds were comfortable- even the pullout was good! Breakfast in the morning had a good selection. Kitchen was quick to replenish items that ran out like muffins, half and half, sausage etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was that our towels were not replaced and beds were not made between day one and two of our stay, which is pretty standard in most hotels. Otherwise, it was a terrific place to stay and I will definitely book there again.

Breakfast food not good.

First impressions. Driving into the property the landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. Once inside the lobby the main floor always seemed like it needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping was not what I was told it would be. Upon checkin I was told that it would be every other day. On two occasions it went 3 days. There was dark residue in and around the shower. The HVAC filters in the room were dirty. For what I paid I didn't get the experience that I expected.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides outstanding customer service every time I visit. I also really appreciate the complimentary breakfast—it has a great variety of options and is a wonderful way to start the day. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the location. It’s conveniently close to everything I enjoy doing in the Buffalo area, making it the perfect home base for my trips. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable stay. I look forward to returning again and again!

Breakfast attendant Housekeeping was poor.

The only gripe I have is how upon checking in is you aren't told about the $50 per day incidental fee. I didn't know about this until I was charged. Kinda ruined my trip and was not able to enjoy myself like I wanted to. Will not be staying again

The 2 hour buttons in the refrigerator to keep items cold is only good for 2 hours at a time. Couldn't keep leftovers in the fridge. Ice machine didn't work. Room above was very noisy.
