Under construction as well as stated free breakfast there was none room view was ridiculous among other things

The property is currently being renovated. The updates are really nice. The work was not an inconvenience to my stay. The staff was very professional on check in & check out. The self serve coffee was fresh the 2 times I had a cup in the afternoon & evening.

The hotel was under construction. My son‘s room had blood stains on the sheets. My other son‘s towels were stained in his bathroom, and there was no room service. The food in the restaurant was mediocre, and I would hope that we should get a little bit of a refund.

We stayed as a family of three. They were under remodeling so we understood all the dust and it didn’t bother us. The room was extremely clean. The only thing that was wrong was our air-conditioning wasn’t working, but they literally replaced it with an entirely new air-conditioning unit so we would have air throughout the night. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be staying again.

The property is in the mide of renovating and the staf was great through it all. The room was newly renovated and the property overall was well maintained. The front desk staff was fanstastic helping me book a last minute stay, just 2 hours after checking out, at another property due to a weather related flight cancelation.

Housekeeping moved my bag from a shelf to a bed & dumped out all my belongings. The place is under renovation.

Service was great, room clean beds comfortable. Restaurant has a limited menu but everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. We thought breakfast was included as it was at other doubletrees that we stayed at. That may have been an add on we didn’t realize.
