Motel 6 Amherst, NY - Buffalo

No es lo que ofrece , ni nada parecido a las fotos te piden a parte de la reservación 100 dólares en efectivo por algún daño el cual está súper dañado la salida es a las 11 am de día siguiente y te tratan con groserías y para devolverte el dinero buscan cualquier excusa , que hasta la policía tuve que llamar por qué no querían devolverlo por mi parte no sirve para nada muy caro y muy desadactable para cualquier persona

Bedding was dirty and had holes. Carpet beetle was crawling in bed my kids were sleeping in. Tub was dirty and cracked. Flooring had gaps in shower room. One of the lights didnt work. Screen was ripped. Sketchy individuals were hanging in parking lot. No amenities that I was made aware of. Staff were kind but I didnt really speak with them except for check in and check out.

The staff charges my credit card $100 for nothing. I had to contact them to remove it.!

My one 1 night was perfect, I prefer hardwood floors over carpet in my room and Motel 6 had exactly that. Very clean, the air conditioning was cold during a sweltering heatwave, they have an ice machine and a microwave in the common area. No complaints!

Did not get what I paid for at all amenities listed a "separate bedroom" well they have no such thing management refused to fix the situation. And actually made it worse as he started to become confrontational to the point I wanted to fight but did not . situation was absolutely trash . definitely not worth the trouble or the price I paid . Hoping my cc company will rectify this situation. As Motel 6 local and Corporate were no help and said that a separate bedroom did not mean exactly what it means. Complete BS

Nothing The building looks dangerous being a woman traveling alone I cancelled my stay

I needed something last minute that was cost effective and it was only $80, .But you get what you pay for The staff was very friendly but my room was not clean. I had a stain on the bed sheet, the tub had hairs in it and the sink would plug up the second I turned it on. They moved me to another room and the sink still plugged, not as bad as the first. But there was also dirt in the tub that did not look like it was cleaned. The bed was not very comfortable, but I didn't expect it to be much more than it was because I knew I was not paying a lot...there were splatters of food on the wall, which in their defense maybe they did not see because they didn't look up, it was up higher.. Just overall was not very cleanly.

Honestly not too picky when it comes to overnight hotel stays but this was the most uncomfortable I’ve been. Room was claimed to be non-smoking but truly smelt like someone was constantly in the room with me smoking; it was terrible. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. If you’re looking for even the slightest of a decent sleep don’t book here. If you don’t care and just need a roof, this is your place.

there was no running water on my second night stay...could not flush toilet or was hands. Gross!! Floors was not mopped and our feet was black, found hair on the sheets that was not ours...pure garbage and told people not to book here

The location and dual access One of the beds had a stained sheet. We had to get another room. No elevator my mom had a difficult time going up the stairs after they changed our room.

The property was close to the expressway and to where we needed to be Overgrown bushes and no landscaping. Lots of bugs inside

Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The front staff was very polite and informative

Great place to make a quick stop to sleep. Affordable, clean and nice amenities.

Very disappointed with this location. If you want water in your room in the middle of the night don't stay here. The mattress had stains on them, the bottom of the chair had what I thought was blood when I brought it to the counter the manager Informed me it was food " no big deal". Because of the way I look they made assumptions about me, which were false. The price was affordable but for all these above reasons I will not stay here again, and would tell anyone I know to stay far away from here. This location has gone down so much since I stayed here 12 years ago you would think I was a different property.

Nothing There were fights all night in the hallway outside of our room. Screaming. Drug use. We were very frightened. Only one lightbulb worked. No shampoo.

Convenient Area, decent price, amazing staff, clean hotel. Outdated hotel, minimalistic furniture, AC barely working, a bit pricey for their own standards. Electricity is Outdated. Bed covers is okay.

The Beds are extremely uncomfortable with not the cleanest bedding. Other than that, we got what we paid for.

Nice clean and comfortable room Very small space
