Staybridge Suites Buffalo-Amherst by IHG

Rooms are old and not clean, kitchen utensils were not clean, floor were messy, bathroom were smelly.

this was a great place to stay with our small dog...nice buffet breakfast,very friendly and helpful staff...

The location is great! Close to UB and stores/restaurants. The staff were very nice and the breakfast is pretty good for a buffet. They also decorate the lobby for holidays and is a nice touch. The hard surfaces in the room ( tables, counters, sink, toilets and tub) were very clean but the walls and furniture in the rooms could use an upgrade. The walls were stained with gunk and a little gross. The couches and chairs were also stained and had sink holes from people sitting.

very friendly. Theresa is awesome. My son was graduating from his medical residency and they had a gift left over from the Buffalo college graduates. They gave it to us. Very much appreciated act of kindness. This place is a good place to stay

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, loved they asked before shutting down breakfast service Having to pay a 100 extra deposit (refundable) for potential breakages. Given we found a the rooms a little tired and worn in places, did feel a little on edge as a family vacation group. If the room was immaculate would not have been concerned. Overall suite was spacious and well equipped, made best by the wonderful staff around. Would recommend highly.

Great service great people good rooms

I needed a room at 11:00 pm after a really bad VRBO experience. I am the trip coordinator for a group of young men who needed a kitchen and spacious layout. What an amazing property! I called to see if we could extend the stay for 2 weeks (cheaper than staying at a VRBO in the area with great amenities), and the office staff was so kind and helpful, but they were booked for the type of room I needed. Perfect property for families!

I used to stay in this hotel four years ago when my daughter went to college and it was great, but when I came this year, the place is not so well kept and the rooms need some updates. It is great location though and good amenities.

very modern very clean, friendly desk, clerk, and I enjoyed the complementary breakfast… this will be the place I go next time I’m in town. I really can’t think of anything. It was all around. Great stay

Did not eat breakfast while I was there for I slept late. Everything was good.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the facilities were clean. Our only issue was a strong fish smell in our room all four days. We think this may have come from another room where the guests were cooking. Even with this, we would consider staying again.

Do not waste your time, this property is dirty, dingy and overall rundown. The maid came to clean and only changed towels, didn't clean anything.
