For the most part the room was clean. Although the was some damage to the furniture when we arrived. The staff was great and very helpful.

I booked a normal king size room , but they gave us an Accessible room near the lobby, and told me they do not have more room . It is very bad ! seems they only care about theier own client , the client from Expedia not so important they can change the room anyway . I really don't like !

Great location and breakfast buffet were excellent. Toilet in room was very low and wouldn’t stop running, bathroom sink was backed up. Thermostat didn’t work. Walls very scuffed and bath tub stained and chipped. Time for upgrades!

Good location. Several restaurants in the same parking area. Easy in and out.

Staff was amazing but other than that I cant say much about my room nor the breakfast. The room wasnt very clean.. stains on the carpet and chairs. The ac made alot of noise and made your ears feel a pressure in them. The bathroom was dirty and one of the toilets moved everytime you sat down. I did let the front desk know about the toilet and they had a guy come right up but it still moved after he fixed it. There wasn't much to the breakfast but the oatmeal was good. Again staff was amazing but the rooms need some work specially for what you pay for the room.

Rooms are old and not clean, kitchen utensils were not clean, floor were messy, bathroom were smelly.

The room was clean. The double beds were comfortable. This room should not have been rated for 6 adults. The so called sleeper sofa was small and disgusting. Should be thrown in the trash heap.

Staff, location and breakfast were great. The shower sucked, it was slippery, and moldy and the shower head was barely hanging on.
