Fire alarm went off for no reason at 21:00 and batteries hadn’t been changed since September 2023 room very small not as on picture and very expensive for what it really was.

People are smoking around. Surrounding are not clean. Why do I need to provide logins to access basic TV YouTube? It's useless and not used at all to avoid adding bunch of details.

The woman at the front desk responded very quickly when I reported an issue. It was quickly resolved and the staff was great!

The woman running the front desk was awesome. She allowed me to keep my box of vinyl in a cold area before and after the check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots if remodeling meaning the whole place will be even better. Nothing really

We looked at the room before checking in and asked for a refund and still have not been given a refund for never checking in Nasty area and rooms

Ended up getting a room at a different hotel luckily. Unfortunately was not given a refund for the Red Roof.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. Had no problems sleeping very well each night. Would recommend.
