The carpets felt icky, maybe swap them.oit for hardwood floors and the ac need cleaning or servicing it smelt a bit weird.

Friendly staff! It all seemed well maintained, thought a few issues with the shower drain, but after letting staff know they quickly fixed it for us. The room did smell like smoke, but our friends in another room did not have the same experience- so I don’t fault the hotel. The water did have a funny smell in the sink and shower. Other than that, great for the price

Staff was rude initially but after some correcting they got thier act together. Carpet is old. The halls smelled like weed both old and new.

The front desk service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked through Expedia, but the hotel—not Expedia—charged my card. When I asked for a receipt, the staff incorrectly told me to contact Expedia. After about 10 minutes, the manager finally printed it. When I tried to show her Expedia’s policy, she refused to look and responded with a very dismissive attitude. If the hotel continues employing front desk staff with this attitude, it will drive customers away and cost the business money.

Clean but shabby. The one elevator was down a long hallway from the lobby and utilized by staff and their carts also

Room was very small and hardly any outlets. Had to move coffee maker in bathroom to plug in. The sheer curtain had 2 big vertical rips. The handicap rail in bathroom was moved. Left one 1/2" size hole in wall, that I stuffed with tp. Shower was good. Pool very small, looked dirty, and not heated, didn't use. Breakfast was the same every day, except tues. And thurs. When they had very thin bacon, otherwise sausage links and egg patties with lots if pepper:( 2 days without any fruit, which was only bananas. If looking for just a place to sleep, this is it.

Good choice for available lodging in Selby

When we got to the room late the air was off so it was a little musty and hot. It didn’t take long to cool down though. The main complaint was the mold in the shower. Should have moved rooms but it was late and we were right next to our friends.

Nice enough place yet there was black mold on shower ceiling. Fridge would mot close due to ice buildup. We defrosted ourselves. We shared a note with front desk upon departure.

It was convenient for my stay.

The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have breakfast available each morning…the fresh waffles are my favorite. The grounds outside were absolutely beautiful and maintained well. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It is a pet friendly hotel and you would never know there were dogs around unless you see them.

The pool is poorly maintained, but it’s suitable for a basic stay. The breakfast was good.
