Clean, safe, convenient.

It's new. Spacious room. Quiet neighborhood.

Honestly, we had a great stay. We got an accessible room. It was so clean, beds were comfortable, nice hot water, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great! Location doesn’t have a view per se but it is semi secluded so it is still nice in its own way. Nice gas fire pit sitting area out back. I truly don’t have one complaint. For the price, I’d stay here again 100 times over.

Great bowl. Quiet location. Terrific staff. Enjoyed our stay

Great staff. Good breakfast but...only 1 luggage cart which left us to make 2 trips to schlep our things to the car.

Very close to UB North Campus. Room was spacious and clean. Thank you for a great stay. I will be coming back again!

The facility is fairly new and very clean. The rooms are basic but adequate and comfortable. Check in was easy and the attendant was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and there was something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the coffee which was very good quality with several choices.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff took great care of us. Excellent experience.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly when I checked in. Breakfast is the worst part of our stay. Even an hour before the breakfast closes, the hot food pots were empty, they were not re-filled at all. No effort was made to re-filled the hot pots. Fruits ran out. Not much options in the breakfast. Hot water pot is empty, at least it was refilled after a long wait. This is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed.

Overall good experience, Bread should be included in the breakfast

This location is very nice, updated, and clean. Unfortunately, thus stay the breakfast closed well before scheduled leaving many people without breakfast they paid for and my room did not have shampoo or conditioner in the shower dispensers. This was unusual for a Hampton inn experience.

This property was very clean. I'll give it that. Things went downhill right at check-in. Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) showed up with a booking for a room with two queen beds, booked back in March. Check-in was a breeze, but when we got to our room...one king bed. Uh, no. We went back downstairs and explained the situation to the young woman and older gentleman behind the desk. Clearly one bed for four people wasn't going to work, other than for some weird Charlie Bucket family situation. We were told by the defensive man that Booking had put us in a king room with one bed. I showed him the reservation on my phone. He told us "Booking lies." So. Weird. How come the hotel system didn't flag exceeded occupancy in its system? I told him I had never had a problem before this with the site. "We're sold out," he said. And with that, you could tell it was turning into an oh-well situation. The initial solution suggested was a cot. I still didn't see how that would work. Stacking my family? Then the man saw we were staying for three nights. "Oh, nevermind." I guess one night spent on an uncomfortable cot would have been OK, but not three nights? Through some miracle - or by bumping some other family - the woman came up with a room with two queen beds, across from the elevator. But things didn't really improve. In the three nights we stayed at this hotel, not once did we ever see housekeeping. And we saw them going around. The lady doing the overnight shift at the front desk was lovely, though, when she got us extra towels. Breakfast was a sad affair, but I always have low expectations for that anyway. For almost $1,000 for three nights, we expected more than we got. I wrote the hotel when it sent a survey asking for feedback and explained the situation. I was hoping for a sorry. I'm willing to let a hotel explain itself and apologize for shoddy customer service before I post a bad review. But they never responded.

They canceled my booking even though everything was confirmed on my end - and then had no rooms available. Awful and unfortunate

Cleanest, most modern Hampton I’ve ever stayed in! Fluffy eggs tasted a bit unreal
