Buffalo Marriott Niagara

Exceptional

I liked the hotel overall. Facilities were nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t get the restaurant to answer the phone. Tried several times. Was very tired when we arrived and wanted room service, but couldn’t get anyone to pick up.

We stayed in a king bedroom that had a conjoined room. It was awful. We could hear the people from next-door. It felt like they were in a room. We were unable to sleep.

The pool and hot tub were great additions to my stay.

Staff was a pleasure!! Good job guys...

Beautiful place staff was great!!! Bartender was so nice and fun to talk to. Very clean. Will stay here again and again.

Great place to stay!!

Better coffee

❤️

Breakfast was nice, location is great lots of parking space.

Front desk and cleaning staff were nice. Location was great, close to everything I was looking to go. Room was clean and spacious. Hallway was nice and wide. Breakfast choices felt limited especially drinks. I was kind of expecting apple juice or tea bags aside from orange juice and coffee. The door connecting the other rooms had no lever or handle, was hard to control.

Wonderful stay, loved it. Staff was cooperative, and clean.

A beautiful restaurant Nice gymnasium I was confused about the vouchers that the front desk gives in order to eat breakfast I have never seen this except this hotel The gymnasium is nice but people from the pool have access to the gymnasium since is attached and some kids would go in there is a bit uncomfortable and I was also confused cause we were at the pool area and a security guard approached to us asking for the key if we have it that was awkward Well they did that to whoever was in the pool area

Hotel is in great location and has easy access to main roads and highways Variety of food for breakfast is not that much

Very good

It was a good experience. The rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking onsite was free. However, the elevator is so far from the checkin front desk. You have to walk all the way by the banquet hall section to get on the elevator to your room. The back side door was helpful in getting to the elevator I have physical limitations and the main back side door broke down or becsme inoperable for 3 days which made walking all the way to the front area in lobby to have breakfast and dinner at the Club Mar Lounge very, very challenging. The door was finally fixed on our last day of checkout but it was too late. Also, it would be nice if they had a business center and bathroom in the Club Mar Lounge.

Things were cleaner than i remember the last few times i stayed there i guess the construction is finished. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
