Great room with lots of amenities and kind staff.
-
This was a fine place for an overnight stay.
-
Disregarding the buffet troubles, I would still not recommend due to the room being dirty.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent: we highly recommend the roast beef on weck. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport.

I cannot comment on the stay because we were never checked in, despite having a confirmed and prepaid reservation The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We had a confirmed and fully paid reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel could not find it. We were made to wait for a very long time and were then told to leave. Booking.com did not resolve the problem and simply canceled the reservation, leaving me and my daughter outside at around 10 pm This was an unacceptable and very upsetting experience.

Loved the location and all the friendly staff. It was also a very quiet hotel. The refrigerator did not work properly and where it is stored wasn't practical because of lack of ventilation. Very young kids were allowed in the hot tub. These kinds of inconveniences would not keep me from going to this hotel again.

First, I was charged twice for my stay on two separate cards. When I questioned it, Setu told me this was "normal," which only added to my confusion and frustration. Later, I was informed that I had to check out on Saturday morning and then check back into a different room just to extend my stay by one additional day, requiring a separate charge. Thankfully, I happened to meet an associate in the elevator by the name of Monique who listened to my concerns and brought me directly to the manager. Both Monique and her manager was the only reason my family and I didn't leave the hotel early and take our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, Setu's unprofessional behavior didn't end there. As my family and I walked by, I overheard her laughing with a coworker from the restaurant in the lobby while discussing the situation. It was incredibly disrespectful and made an already frustrating experience even worse. To make matters worse, the restaurant provided equally poor service. I ordered a filet, but what was served appeared to be a skirt steak. Although they eventually corrected it, I was initially charged for the filet despite receiving the wrong cut of meat. The service and overall dining experience were unacceptable. One final concern: Setu kept her name tag covered throughout my stay and was the only employee I saw doing so. I had to ask multiple staff members for her name because I wanted to ensure the appropri

Staff was amazing from the start to finish. Great parking all around the entire hotel. Excellent bar area.

Clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities. Perfect for families too

It’s conveniently located about a 25 minute drive from the Falls. The rooms are roomy and have air-conditioning. The lobby level is very nice as well.
-
The room was not clean for our second-day stay. Some trash was not taken out and bathroom was not fully clean.

Would totally stay here again! The only problem that we had was, they were laying fresh mulch, and the smell was atrocious, and it pretty much clouded the entire hallway. But literally other than that it was a fantastic experience.

The walls of the neighboring rooms are so thin I could hear every word of every conversation. It was creepy.
