Exceptional

This place has mediocre to poor service. The rooms are smelly, there was a cockroach in the mattress, and the staff says “we don’t do this, or that” etc. The only thing good about this place was leaving.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Clean bathroom. Nice size refrigerator. Cooling system was a bit noisy.

It was quiet. Even though there were many parked cars for the rooms, the place was very quiet. The bed was higher than my hips, so getting into bed was very difficult. Once in, it was very comfortable. The curtain was very difficult to move, and I struggled to close it. The television only had a couple of channels and most of them were infomercials. Lastly, the guy that checked me in seemed more annoyed with me than helping me. When I asked questions it was more of a grumble than answer.

I liked the location, but thats it. Super unhelpful staff. They said they didn’t have room service, which is fair, but no one to clean your room, or even take the trash out? Horrible! Room had a smoky smell but the staff didn’t even bother to check.

Front desk guy is very unprofessional ask me $100 before check in a room, room is disgusting get lots of buck in bed I’ll never ever visit again
