The bathroom door looked like it has been kicked in, wood actually chipped away from the lock, the door itself would not close. Water dripping into clean shower would not drain, faucet around sink leaked, plastic was left on the corners of the mirror in bathroom. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water and towels. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty, but was replaced quickly upon a call to the front desk. We asked for our rooms to be as close as possible as we were traveling with two other couples and staff accommodated us. willingly. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our friends noted their room walls were thin and they could hear their neighbors.

If you want the basics of a room for an overnight stay this should certainly be considered.

When we arrived had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. On the second day about 4 PM we returned to our room and found it had not been cleaned or fresh towels or trash emptied. Went to the office asked the person if the cleaning crew was still working because our room had not been cleaned and we don't even have any fresh towels. He didn't really seem to care as he said oh I can give you a few towels. He gave us the towels, but still no one ever showed up to clean the room. In

Place smell, shower curtain was dirty and really smell bad. I couldn't wait to leave that place.

All was great!

The good thing was the shops near by & parking.

I like the location, we didnt the breakfast , almost no option just coffee, good thing there is burger king beside the hotel, also the carpet needs cleaning,

Everything was great except for the air conditioning didnt work all that well. Besides that it was a great experience.

Garbage motel I never see in my life. 0 star. Very very bad. No cleaning service.

I didn’t like the fact they didn’t do housekeeping after every day

There was no hair dryer, the shower curtain was broken and all of the bedding and towels were stained.

I did not go to breakfast I don't know The refrigerator did not work and the staff didn't wanna replace it made a story that it works. We had to call 800# them they replaced it

Good. Egg can be added. Location is good. Menu of the breakfast could be improved.

Please, please! Always read the reviews to avoid a bad time or an unpleasant experience at this hotel. When I booked the room, I expected my family and I to be able to sleep and shower in decent conditions. Instead, it was the worst night we have ever spent anywhere. I booked a non-smoking room, but the reality was very different: the room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that even the beds were yellowed from the smoke. It was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all (the floor was dirty and wet, the bathroom was dirty, etc.). The bathroom faucet and the toilet paper holder were broken. The microwave was also busted; it looked like it had been pulled out of the trash and just placed there as-is. The TV didn't work either. Nothing in that room was functional (Room 145). My child got sick because of the strong cigarette smell. We went to the front desk to ask for a room exchange, but the employee refused; he claimed there were "no rooms available," which was a lie, as we verified that there was indeed another vacant room. I have traveled to many places and stayed in all kinds of hotels (budget and high-end), but I have never encountered a problem like this. I hope this situation is limited to just that one room. Otherwise, you will be wasting your money—since the hotel isn't exactly cheap—and living a nightmare at this place. Think twice before booking at this dump of a hotel.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. Considering I paid close to a thousand dollars for two nights, I expected a clean and comfortable experience, but unfortunately it was the exact opposite. The room was very dirty and had a bad smell that made it hard to sleep. The sheets, blankets, and even the towels had stains, and the room felt unhygienic and disordered. To make matters worse, the guests next door were very loud until late at night and showed no consideration for others. Overall, this was one of my worst motel experiences, and I am truly unhappy with the cleanliness, the smell, and the lack of peace. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The room was clean and had all the amenities that were mentioned in the ad and the staff was super friendly
