I didn’t like the fact they didn’t do housekeeping after every day

response to soap needs good. stairs to 2nd floor not easy for seniors. no fresh towels for 5 night stay was poor.

Please, please! Always read the reviews to avoid a bad time or an unpleasant experience at this hotel. When I booked the room, I expected my family and I to be able to sleep and shower in decent conditions. Instead, it was the worst night we have ever spent anywhere. I booked a non-smoking room, but the reality was very different: the room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that even the beds were yellowed from the smoke. It was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all (the floor was dirty and wet, the bathroom was dirty, etc.). The bathroom faucet and the toilet paper holder were broken. The microwave was also busted; it looked like it had been pulled out of the trash and just placed there as-is. The TV didn't work either. Nothing in that room was functional (Room 145). My child got sick because of the strong cigarette smell. We went to the front desk to ask for a room exchange, but the employee refused; he claimed there were "no rooms available," which was a lie, as we verified that there was indeed another vacant room. I have traveled to many places and stayed in all kinds of hotels (budget and high-end), but I have never encountered a problem like this. I hope this situation is limited to just that one room. Otherwise, you will be wasting your money—since the hotel isn't exactly cheap—and living a nightmare at this place. Think twice before booking at this dump of a hotel.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. Considering I paid close to a thousand dollars for two nights, I expected a clean and comfortable experience, but unfortunately it was the exact opposite. The room was very dirty and had a bad smell that made it hard to sleep. The sheets, blankets, and even the towels had stains, and the room felt unhygienic and disordered. To make matters worse, the guests next door were very loud until late at night and showed no consideration for others. Overall, this was one of my worst motel experiences, and I am truly unhappy with the cleanliness, the smell, and the lack of peace. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Ice machine room smelled like fish Bathroom smelled like pee Walls thin- could hear everything next door Pet fee said 25 was charged 30 Bed was comfortable though

The height of the bed was a bit ridiculous I almost needed a step stool to get in, once you were in it was comfortable, the bathroom needed updating the toilet needed attention it not only was made for a small child but it rocked!

Beddings were dirty, some huge stains on blankets and a pillow case had a big orange food stain. We had to sleep without pillows. The bath tube and the bathroom door were broken.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had a very strong smoke odor. In addition, the room was not very clean and appeared to be poorly maintained. Overall, it did not meet our expectations for cleanliness or comfort. The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, but there was very little available. Aside from coffee and a few pieces of bread or toast, there were almost no breakfast options. It was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

The maintenance was very poor. The plug sockets weren’t even secure - No stopper in sink. Many small things in pictures but combined doesn’t give a good impression.

Proximity to bike trail Blood-looking stains on carpet. Hair on shower walls. Loud ac unit that went on and off at will. Very loud neighboring units - long-term residents keep lawn chairz in front of their units and congregate outside at night. Very loud.

Rooms are mess and floor carpet is very dirty.
