Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tonawanda - Buffalo Area by IHG

The room was not cleaned on one day and on another day it was only partially cleaned. Very disappointing

We have been to many holiday inn express & suites. This one was by far the worst. Check in went fine but when we got to our room we noticed there was oil like hand prints all over the window. It was very dirty. The shower insert was really old- it squeaked with any sudden movements. My bed sheets smelled like the sheets stayed in the wash too long and had a muggy smell. When we checked out early in the morning- no one was at the front desk. The phone was ringing non stop. I had to take a paper off the desk and leave our room number and key on the keyboard. We won’t be staying there next time we are in Buffalo.

Room was clean and roomey. the shower had a bar to hold on to for this senior lady We did not realize that you had to leave the light switch on the door on in order for our chargers to work. figured it out this morning and got things charged
