The location was great and the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was absolute chaos. There was very little space and staff was not managing the sitting area leaving guests fending for themselves. Food area was very small, had run out of many food items. I had to go and ask for help to find seating and to find out if food would be replenished. The quality of the food itself was just OK. The hotel was apparently at full capacity. The bathroom was OK but no way to use the shower without wetting your hair, and there were not enough towels for 3 people. The air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane was parked in the room on and off all night. Much noisier than average. I also received a strange call about when I was planning to check in, which no other hotel has ever done.

It was a quick stop off before the airport, but it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. My son especially liked the diy pancake machine.

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, great friendly staff. We stay there everytime we are in this area to visit family and friends.

Clean pool staff very nice

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was actually very comfortable. So run down and pretty cruddy overall. Things falling apart, cracked tiles, shower barely worked. Lots of weird smells and stains throughout.

We had three rooms and 2 of them were fine. One room had child fingerprints on the mirror and carpet was not clean and had glitter in it. Otherwise, all was good.

No They still our staff when they clean the room it Wes bad time on my experience at all but I will go as far as I can get back my staff

Cleaning services in the room were not great and even after reminders we didn’t get enough help. However, management was sorry for that. We expected the housing keeping staff were prompt.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The couch pull out is not comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and was tasted better than we expected for a hotel breakfast. Even the coffee was good. We would stay here again.

Maybe it was just my room but I won’t stay there again. My room smelled awful. My sheets were stained and had to ask for new ones. The bathroom shower needed an update. The staff was nice and the location convenient but not worth the aggravation.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite amazing and the brewed coffee really hit the spot. I would go there again if I were to be in the area

The room was not cleaned on one day and on another day it was only partially cleaned. Very disappointing
