The door locks are also terrible. Both the lock to my room and the locks on the rear/side entrances to the hotel barely work and often take several attempts. There were times when I couldn’t even get into my own room on the first try. The hotel itself is very dirty, the room smelled bad, and there were people who appeared to be using drugs or under the influence hanging around the property, which made the whole place feel very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. Between the broken shower, the flooding, unreliable locks, cleanliness issues, and the general condition of the property, I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I would not stay here again.

This place is not what it looks like on pictures at all. Terrible cleaning. Terrible service.

Pleasant and neat Nothing to report

Location Poor condition of kitchen drawers were peeling, sink faucet hard to turn on and off Bathroom tub faucet leaked hot water continuously and told by staff to close door so we wouldn't hear leak all night. With our drought they should have fixed it immediately.

The room was not cleaned, when I checked with the front desk the staff was not friendly enough to handle the situation. There were no other rooms, we had to vacate the property immediately after checkin at 10:30 in the night. I don’t recommend. Nothing

I've been coming to the extended stay when I need to get away and they never disappoint everything is wonderful they will always be my home away from home!

Prefer to not pay for another pet fee as I stayed 2 more nights and am in the same room. The dogs are all well behaved. Wouldn't know any pets were here. The bag dispenser with the waste bin below missed having a liner. Currently am not using compostable bags so everything is intact!

It’s so dirty and smells very bad Staff is rude and there is no room service. They don’t clean the room or bathroom when you staying . You have to take your towel downstairs for laundry if you want new one. Breakfast is just coffee and tasteless muffins. I will not recommend this hotel

Yes the property is nice place, outside and inside, my wife like this hotel for the freezer, because got A regular freezer like home.
