I'm really pleased with my stay here it's very clean John the manager was more than helpful making sure I had everything that I needed on this entire trip extremely attentive and knowledgeable I highly recommend this Extended Stay

I couldn't be more pleased with my stay here at Extended Stay John the manager has been more than helpful and gone out of his way to make sure that I had everything that I've needed this entire stay I will be back and I highly recommend

The microwave and refrigerator was not as clean as it should be

John at the front desk was excellent

The hotel location is very convenient. The shopping mall was within walking distance.

Very comfy Musty smell

Hair in the shower, no toilet paper, hasn’t been renovated in EVER and they want to charge a $10 fee to check in even ONE minute before 3pm. The heavy cleaner scent does a decent job of covering up the marijuana smell. Pass on this place unless cheap is the only thing care about.

They have the best rates and the rooms are amazing

Rooms were very rundown with peeling paint and chipped wood. No real breakfast

The room was fine and the bed was reasonable, shower definitely needed more water pressure, but the internet was AWFUL and the staff was not helpful or useful about it in any way. Even though I paid extra for faster internet during my stay it was still spotty and slow, if it even connected at all. They gave me a phone number to call and I spent 2 hours on the phone with the internet company trying to fix an issue I shouldn't have had to fix! Literally ridiculous.

And the breakfast was not good

The covers on the bed were very thin. Looking back I should have asked if they had more

The front desk guy “John” was extremely busy from so many people checking in He was very polite Told me he woild come up to fix it He did that Then continued to tell where i could shop etc He answered all my questions and concerns I will definitely be returning Then in the morning i met his boss ms Felicia She is also professional And alot more attractive I couldn’t stay longer

Make sure to call before booking no matter what! because when I booked it was showing there was availability of rooms for a couple of days stay and when driving for a while after a long day of hard work and come to find out that they're overbooked negative two people and they said they don't know how I was able to book on the Expedia app and they couldn't help me and told me to call Expedia and had to wait a long time with customer service for a refund and ended up sleeping in my vehicle cuz I was too tired to drive anymore.
