The staff were very friendly and helpful. The stay was easy and uneventful. My dad really happy with the location and space in the room. He especially, liked the kitchen area with dining table.

Bad

The location is very convenient. Short distance to everywhere needed. It is quit poor. Very old motel style. Full kitchen is nice but the carpet seems like very dirty and first floor has roll poly bugs. I accidentally left my laundry in the laundry room at 10:30pm. And have to go to front desk to ask a staff to open the door. The front desk lady immediately smashed her pen and without saying anything to me, call the staff mentioned : I can not believe those people. OMG. Shocked.

Breakfast needs to be changed daily. (variety) every day the same

It was good! The gym is small so if you want a good gym it’s not the best but the stay was good. It’s older but it was good.

The staff was helpful in general in resolving the issues and the personnel sent to do the repairs was very courteous and helpful. As far as the quality of access to the pool and breakfast area it was disappointing because the unit was too far away from both and hard to maneuver entry/exit points to both.

The room was not ready at 6:45pm when we arrived and was supposed to be ready at 4pm. We waited one hour for our room and never got keys. Horrible experience! Apparently their system was down… never ever again!
-
The room was clean and bigger than expected.

Room needs a redo. Especially the bath. Rusted & needs a replacement.

Okay hotel

The room was very clean, the staff was great, and the hot tub was good.

The place was perfect. It had a full kitchen which included kitchen ware. The continental breakfast had a nice variety. Seating area around the fire pit was welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast and coffee was delicious! On our third night, we blew a fuse but maintenance was there within minutes!

Good weekend trip with the family. Room was clean and quiet for the most part. We went during the 4th of July weekend and there were several unexpected fireworks in the middle of the night going off but nothing noise cancelling headphones couldn’t take care of. Thankful our last night was back to having a quiet night to rest.

Our room was really worn down and the property in general is in desperate need of some care. This was one of the worst marriotts I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was really nice though.

The staff was accommodating and generally pretty nice. Not necessarily super informative about the area but tried to look up what they could to help. We looked forward to breakfast; they kept complementary apples and bananas always on display which was a nice touch. Everything was kept very clean. The outlets do not work well by the headboards - my chargers kept falling out of socket. There are no USB inserts to charge your devices in the entire room. The tv remote was difficult to use -- it might have needed new batteries since it had at least 2-second delay when you pushed a button or it just didn't work at all. The pullout bed should not be considered a bed, no one should be forced to sleep on this. We decided to keep it folded up and slept on it as a sofa. Not ideal but it worked for anyone who was exhausted enough. I was limited to only two additional bath towels and 1 additional blanket. Not sure if they just had low inventory at the time. On the first night, we had to move rooms since we were up against the street and heard every noise and every emergency vehicle, made it difficult to sleep. It was a little surprising the amount of emergency sirens. Homeless and vagrants were minimal, so I felt ok about the safety factor. When booking my stay, I did not account for parking fee which was kind of a bummer. The location was ok - we may try a spot closer to the beach next time though.
