Near to the mall and very clean. Staff are very friendly

Very minimalist accommodations. Room was clean but fixtures were dated. In room coffee was advertised but not present. Virtually nothing in their breakfast room other than a coffee machine and a juice dispenser.

Had a nice 1 night stay with some friends. Easy checkin at 1am.

Perfect location, spotless clean, helpful staff, it is more like a motel so keep the expectation as such but very good from cleaning perspective, number of towels, pillows etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Choose a room with balcony, it makes the difference. Ground floor rooms are just at the parking lot and some next to laundry so if you book balcony ans higher floors ypu aill love it. The pipes were having some issue so the noise was a bit too much, the floor in the room is a bit uneven but not a big deal. Overall a good price/performance choice in torrance.

This is one star hotel.

There’s a carpeted outdoor corridor with duct tape and stains to get to the rooms. In the room, the A/C unit is very loud and the walls/floors seem to be paper thin. The shower has a shampoo/conditioner combo bottle, but no body wash…the body wash is at the sink and is bolted to the wall. The light over the sink would flicker like a scary movie and only worked when it wanted to. I realize this is a low cost place and that you get what you pay for, but this place is pushing it. Extremely disappointing. The room was clean, sheets clean, and bathroom worked well. Parking is extremely limited, but is free. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in room. The front desk ladies were very nice. Didn’t try the breakfast, but it is Belgian waffles, coffee, and juice. Would not stay here again.

The stay was pleasant and hassle-free. The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Parking was a bit challenging due to limited spaces, but overall, it was a great experience.
