It was clean, the breakfast was good, just wish the pool was in order....

Quiet location. Your average room but it was clean and quiet at night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was what I expected, typical hotel breakfast.

The hotel is disgustingly dirty and smelled of that powdered carpet cleaner throughout which made us gag.

Air Conditioning was blowing heat ! Was 82 degrees in the room ! Everything else was satisfactory! Clean room and hot shower with good water pressure!

There were a lot of options for breakfast but it was not very high quality. The bacon was soggy,

We stayed in Towanda because it is located between Rickett's Glen and Watkin's Glen. Pool was closed for repair.

Room was clean, comfortable, well furnished, well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I actually was disappointed in my room, booked in advance, but was told filled upon arrival. Received a room with no tub just shower. Paid more this time than last time had much better room before.

We arrived at the Breakfast area by 8:15. The person tending the buffet line came in the back door as we were sitting down. There were no sausages, no bacon and very few scrambled eggs. He was behind in having them available the entire time we were eating breakfast. I chose the waffle simply because there were no egg, sausage or bacon available. We were very disappointed.

For its purpose it is totally fine. Good price and value. Safe. Overall clean.

My reservation was never made. We had to find a different hotel to stay because the one i wanted was all booked up because Expedia never put my reservation in!!!!

I was disappointed to find the pool empty. The room was great and well laid out. The staff we met everywhere within the hotel was A+ for many reasons. The only reason it didn't score higher was the overuse of carpet fresh/cleaner... The smell was intense through out the hotel, but our room was really heavy with it and being a cpap user---I could "taste" the powder through my machine. Even so- we will probably be returning - mostly because of your great staff we encountered in every job function.

The staff was friendly and the person who checked us in was very welcoming. I think his name was something like Reynea. Forgive me for the spelling. We enjoyed our two nights’ stay. We were very satisfied with the amount of shopping we could do at thrift stores and got quite a few items.
