Staff friendly and helpful.

Also had a bit of a time finding an outlet to charge my phone.

We had a great experience. The a/c was great in our room & very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice continental breakfast too

We appreciated the self serve no-frills yogurt and coffee pods in their charming dining area. The entire inn is historic. Only one point: the mattress was not supportive. If you have back issues you might need to request a room with a firm mattress. The Deckers room would not be that choice though that particular room was spacious and enchanting. Parking available and convenient. Air-conditioning and heating available. Television with Netflix via Roku.

Did not utilize breakfast option, caretaker was very helpful upon arrival. Would stay there again.

The room was what we expected for the house being 129 years old. Very clean, friendly staff and quiet. There is no A/C needed this time of year, and there is no hot breakfast. Overall the wife and I loved the place and we would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. Jared and Melinda are excellent hosts and made us feel welcome. The house is beautifully built and well appointed. The original architectural details are mostly still intact on the inside of the house. It is also full of interesting artifacts and historical pieces from the original owner. The breakfast is basic fare, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Our room, the Decker Room, was spacious and a nicely decorated. The mattress and linen could use updating and it would be nice to have another chair in the room as there was just one desk chair to sit in. Good to be aware that rooms facing the street are exposed to traffic noise, a lot truck traffic. We would stay there again. I think the owner has only owned the place a couple of years, so it will improve with each passing year. He is off to a great start.

Outstanding breakfast, clean and quiet room, friendly staff.

York room needs cleaning and updates, carpet was disgusting, canopy bed was full of heavy dust. Bathroom dirty and needs serous update.

This beautiful old home brings back so many family memories. It's a beautiful slice of history as well.

It was the creepiest inn I have ever seen. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to stay overnight. The lace curtains need to be washed.

Caretaker greeted me outside and was just awesome, so welcoming, helpful and easy to talk with, just my first visit.

We would never stay here again. The outside needs a lot of "cleaning up" and it's clear that no one takes pride in how it looks on the outside. The downstairs was clean and as expected. The room was clean and the bathroom was pretty clean but the toilet was very low and the lighting as not good. The attached porch was extremely dirty, couldnt be used.

A lovely mostly restored authentic Victorian house appointed with period furnishings and artwork. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Window unit A/C worked well. Upgraded towels, toiletries and breakfast items would easily make this an Excellent place to stay. Some hair conditioner and fluffy towels go a long way.

The mattress on the bed was amazing! After a long days drive it was just what we needed! We even had a private porch off our room that we really enjoyed. The room had a little mini frig which is very handy. The house was decorated with beautiful pieces of furniture that took you back in time.The Inn is a must see and is absolutely lovely. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely to talk to! When we are in the area we will always stay here!

The owner was so kind. He welcomeed us, showed us around. Even told us some of the history of the house. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely be staying again.
