Price was ok Couldn’t find reception. It’s in a different building with no signage. Then we get charged 100$ deposit which after 2 weeks we still haven’t got it back. Then we get sent down to the Quality Inn 3 minutes away. The quality in was a good place. Good breakfast.

It was weird that i booked this hotel but they made us go to anther hotel further away from our destination after checking in.

I didn't stay at riverstone, was sent to quality inn and that great the guy at the riverstone inn was clueless, i waited 20 minutes until finally getting my transfer paper to check in at quality

The room I booked was supposed to be at the River Stone which checkin time was 3pm. Then they proceeded to tell me to check in here and go to the quality inn a couple miles away which there check in time is at 2. And I'm in a room right near the front desk super noisy. Not pleased

Hard to find, when I got there said they canceled, but Expedia still says I have a booking and sold out.

It was good. Would of been nice if the room would of had a freezer in the fridge but not a big issue that it didn’t.

Well five-story was overbooked so they have another motel down the road a mile that I got for the same price , so I am basing my survey on the other motel they own I thought the hot water could have been a few degrees hotter

They changed me to another hotel that was lower quality without warning me because they overbooked rooms.

Friendly staff. Clean Bathroom. Great shower. Good breakfast.

I booked, paid and recd a confirmation days in advance. When i attempted to check in, i was told that they were full and had transferred my reservation and payment to the Quality Inn. I have NEVER experienced this before and i find it an unacceptable practice. It's my money and my choice where it should be spent. I had purposefully not booked with Quality Inn and now was forced to stay there. I will not stay at either facility again.

Restaurant on site was good and not expensive. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again on my next trip to Towanda.
