It was good it was a little outdated but I slept well will be back again

It was terrible from the bathroom to the room. Everything was trash. I wouldn’t recommend for nobody.

It desperately needs to be refurbished. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Carpets are torn and dirty. Room doors and bathroom doors are rusty. The rooms smell strange. The only reason to stay here would be if you are hurting for money and need a place to stay for the night. Believe the reviews. Stay away.

THIS HOTEL IS SO NASTY!!!! ROACH INFESTED MICE INFESTED AND BED BUGS!!!!! WHEN I GOT BIT BY THE BED BUG AND TOLD THE FRONT DESK THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! BALTIMORE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN CONTACTED PLS DONT STAY HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER YOUR THINGS AND YOU CAN SMELL THE MICE INFESTION AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN THE ROOM!!!! THEY ALSO HAVE A HUGE SEX RING GOING ON IN THE HOTEL THE MAIDS THAT WORK THERE SELL THEMSELVES TO OTHER MEN ON DIFFERENT FLOORS. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN JUST NASTY

This hotel was filthy and smells terrible. The bathroom door and the rug was filthy like it has not been cleaned in years. The bath tub backed up with black gunk. What a big mistake, I came from out of town so I booked online and I put my family through this and had to apologize to them..

Room was cleaned. Staff freindly.

The room was dirty and in very bad condition. They changed our room and the air conditioning didn't work in this room, so we decided to cancel the reservation.

It smelled like cigarette smoke from entrance to the rooms. We couldn’t stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, however. We did not end up staying there and the front desk clerk was understanding.

Location was convenient for me in Towson, otherwise, everything was terrible. The dirtiest and least maintained hotel I’ve ever used. Strong smell and or smoke of weed everywhere!!

My room wasn't properly cleaned but it wasn't obscene or anything.

I have stayed T this hotel frequently, however, over the last few years the maintenance has declined significantly. During my most recent visit I experienced much of the same lack of upkeep with this property. The hand rail in the shower had broken and it was pasted together flimsy. The shower curtain was dingy, as though it had been bleached. The water rose in the bathtub as I was running the shower. The bathroom fixtures are broken. No stoppers in the sink or bathtub. There were no hand towels or was clothes (only 2 towels) in the room. I spoke with a room service personnel and she was supposed to bring me towels within 30 minutes, but she never showed up. I had to call the front desk via cell phone (because the hotel phone didn't have an attached cord for usage) to ask again, for the necessary towels. That being said, I have stayed at this hotel 4 times this year and have experienced some sort of issue. I will not continue to use this hotel until they do some major renovation on this property, after all, I found out that homeless people live in this hotel.

AC was fighting for its life trying to cool the room, which was not very cool. Carpet felt damp and dirty. The ONE outlet in the bathroom was broken and did not work. Water pressure in shower was minimal. Lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana. But what can you expect for 98 bucks a night near/in Baltimore. I can say the front desk person was nice and accommodating.

I usually stay at comfort Inn with no complaints. However, this was by far the worse. The smell of Marijuana was throughout the hotel. I had to ask one of the hotel personnel while I was waiting for the elevator did he work here, he answered yes, I then said Good Morning. Then he said Good Morning. Later I see he was checking in Guest. Upon my arrival after getting the keys to my room I had to ask.. What time is breakfast served? Normally these things are said when welcomed which was never said. It appears that they have living arrangements for some which was very uncomfortable to be around. The room that I had 202 had a damp mole smell. The toilet tissue handle was broken and the tissue roll had to be picked up in your hand to be used. Cups were not covered in plastic. Very surprised

The pool area was ok. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in quantity, but not quality. There was only 1 ice machine. The garbage on my hallway- 4th floor- was collected in a small room on the hallway and looked like it had been there for a while. The bathroom sundries looked random and minimal- a small round bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. Neither was the same brand. There was fresh lemon water with ice in The lobby. And a coffee bar in the lobby looked good……but it was messy. The carpetin the stairwells was hideously stained and the handrails were bare metal and old dirty paint. The TV was good sized but the picture looked out of focus and grainy and poor quality. There were no hangers in the armoire. My wife thinks there were bed bugs in the mattresses so she bought a bed bug specific disinfectant and treated the mattresses.
