The location The front desk manager Randolph Johnson is the most rude person i have ever met in the hospitality industry. I am a regular leisure traveler.I have been to so many hotels and destinations. My sister did my booking and it was time to check in,there was a miscommunication about incidental deposit.He was literally screaming at us.It took other staff to calm him down.

Staff at front desk were polite and pleasant. Parking garage is attached to property, which I appreciated although there’s a $20 per day fee. Pool was adequate for my son to play in - although he mentioned the water being too cold for an indoor pool. Keep in mind that city view rooms come with street noise of passing vehicles (loud mufflers/sirens) which can be a bother to a light sleeper as myself. But I enjoyed being able to people watch from my window. I ordered room service and was disappointed with the presentation. The food was delivered in to go containers and plastic ware. Not what I was expecting; since, my son and I opted to stay in instead of going out for dinner as our way to kick off our mommy and me mini vacation. This will be our home away from home whenever we visit our daughter who moved to the area for college.

Great location & offered breakfast!! Food was okay from the buffet. No complaints there The pool had rust all around it !! That’s the most concerning part, I don’t think that’s good for anyones health. That’s it.

The hotel and room rent very clean, loved the amenities in the room, soap, lotion, etc,Also loved the fact they had a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Very nice accommodation!

I ordered room service burger and fries with a side of ranch. Burger was great fries not very hot and I didn't get any ranch. My online order showed ranch but the ticket on delivery did not. Delivery said I should put ranch in comments but then why is it a selection on the order. I called and was brought ranch with additional fries since I was using ranch for the fries and the original fries were now cold. Staff was great when I called to report I ordered ranch.

The food from the restaurant was amazing. There was more ordered but the smash burger was all that I got photos of.

Convenient location with parking. Dining was not the best but there is a mall across the blvd.

I loved my stay and the most impressive was Dante, Paola and Rodney their pleasant welcome. Accommodations were very comfortable and EVERYONE in the restaurant was so friendly and took time to talk a bit. I will stay there again!
