Our room was clean and spacious. Loved our stay.

The hotel and room rent very clean, loved the amenities in the room, soap, lotion, etc,Also loved the fact they had a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Very nice accommodation!

Exceptional

I ordered room service burger and fries with a side of ranch. Burger was great fries not very hot and I didn't get any ranch. My online order showed ranch but the ticket on delivery did not. Delivery said I should put ranch in comments but then why is it a selection on the order. I called and was brought ranch with additional fries since I was using ranch for the fries and the original fries were now cold. Staff was great when I called to report I ordered ranch.

The food from the restaurant was amazing. There was more ordered but the smash burger was all that I got photos of.

Convenient location with parking. Dining was not the best but there is a mall across the blvd.

I loved my stay and the most impressive was Dante, Paola and Rodney their pleasant welcome. Accommodations were very comfortable and EVERYONE in the restaurant was so friendly and took time to talk a bit. I will stay there again!

Very nice Hotel.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing and accommodating. They were 2 gentlemen with braids. They were the nicest people ever and helped us with everything. They have ama,and attitudes. For some reason i was charged twice but the nice man at the desk said he took care of it and it will fall off the bank account. Very amazing staff. It was something online that charged me not the men at the desk.

A couple downsides… 1. The AC didn’t seem to quite get our room cool enough. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t seem to register a decrease in temperature. 2. I ordered breakfast to go in the restaurant onsite. Nobody was at the check-in counter when I showed up. I saw one server (she saw me too) but she went on with her business. I thought that was a little strange. And then finally, an older gentleman came up to the check-in stand, and he passed me on to the one female server. She took my order and it was at that point what I noticed as I sat next to the kitchen, she was the only one actually working in the customer side of the restaurant. Of course, a chef in the back was preparing food. But I noticed 3 to 4 gentlemen walking in and out of the kitchen area, not doing much of anything. Two of those gentlemen were in nicer suits, so I imagine it was above their station to actually help the one female server doing all the work on the floor. This is obviously just an observation, but it is what it looked like from a customer. Shoutouts: 1. The very tall gentleman that checked me in. He was very kind and thorough. 2. The waitress in the restaurant. She was doing the best she could given those around her. 3. Sharay (sp?)… the lady getting the Marriott members lounge together. She held herself together while getting the breakfast area set up. She seasoned the powdered eggs so well! 😄👍

Great staff, super clean hotel and location was very convenient.
