Holiday Inn Express Towson - Baltimore North by IHG

We love it here, staff are fantastic, pool is ice cold and the breakfasts are great!

The customer service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned and the breakfast was good. My family enjoyed our stay. We would return when visiting the area again.

Convenient location, comfortable stay. Good coffee available any time, nice citrus infused water to cool off

Room is clean, water pressure is good(that’s mostly important for me). Easy to find parking spots. Breakfast is good. The bed is little bit soft.

This was my second stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and well appointed. The breakfast is delicious and choices are great. The parking is ample and accommodating.

The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning staff. My room was very clean and comfortable. I have to go back in August and will look for other accommodations because of my check-in experience. After driving 5 hours. I don’t want to deal with someone with a bad attitude.

I always enjoy my stays at Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this stay did not disappoint. The property was very clean, and the coffee was great. The Staff was friendly and professional. If I’m in the Baltimore area again, this will be my first option.

I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of this hotel. All staff at the front desk at different times were very professional and had customer service.

Good stopover spot. Room was clean, close tot eh highway.

It was a humid morning, the lobby floor had been mopped but not dried & I almost fell walking to the front desk.

book for 2 persons some of room supplies were for one person,one bottlenofnwater two packet of coffee one reg one decaf we like early morning coffee both regular

The front desk staff were so nice and accommodating. Josselin and Tray went above and beyond to help us. They really care about their guests.

Great cleanliness and breakfast and price was best

It had a pool. Cookies and lemon water were excellently Filthy! Hallways and floors in room were so dirty. Suite with one ac was so hot they gave us a fan

Location to lacrosse tourney and cleanliness Water pressure was not very good. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, trundle bed would be better. Pancakes had no flavor, bland mixture. Lady talking to people on Sunday morning for a survey of stay was targeting the teenagers when they were alone. Should have been asking adults, very unprofessional. Had to get wrist bands for pool even though many on the weekend didn't have one. Entire pool area taken up by a large group of people who were cooking out and taken up the area for hours. Not sure all of them were even staying there.

We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.

Clean and convenient! We would stay here again!
