Needed to contact the front desk at 3:30 am for a loud party on the porch that woke us up. It took more than 10 minutes for staff to resolve the issue.

I arrived at the property at 2pm. We had an early checkin. After we got our key, we waited 1 1/2 hours trying to get a cart to unload our luggage. The hotel has 4 unloading spots. 2/4 unloading spots had cars permanently parked their during our entire stay. The front desk literally said they knew it was a problem, complain all you want, we don’t care. We left and came back after dinner. And the parking garage is 2 blocks away… and bonus: if you want to drive your car in and out, the hotel charges more. My wife and I did not feel welcome at all, as the entire staff was very rude, and we discontinued our Hilton Honors membership. It is NO honor being associated with Hilton after this experience.

Great location, clean, good room set up. Staff was awesome especially MoMo at the front desk. Def will stay again on next visit.

Room was clean and quiet. Blackout curtains on windows and door. Boring and bland breakfast. Had to call reception for linens for sofa bed and they brought a mattress cover and no pillow cases or sheets. No towels were refreshed so we had to call to ask for those too
