Location is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of storage space in room. Would have liked automatic room service once per week. Wardrobe sliding doors often jammed. Furniture is dated. Though described as Island Inn RESORT few resort amenities existed.

The view was beautiful The toaster was broken and there were not instructions for stove top or tv. We had to google stove instructions. Plenty of glasses and dishes though.

The view was amazing. Walk from back. Of property over to Gulf waves was really good. We found an empty Cinnamon Roll container stuff behind our center nightstand. Full of dried frosting. Returned from day out to find a small turd on the shower towel on the floor. Not from us. Our TV we left on low was turned off so we knew someone had been in room. No made beds.

Location Could have been cleaner, strong smell of mildew in the unit. Mold in several spots in the shower, shower door leaked water all over the floor. The woman at the desk was unprofessional when asked about parking areas, we received a parking ticket and inquired about it, her response was the man that checked us in was new and training. She scolded me for the outside door swinging open to far then proceeded to speak to the trainee about us openly while we were standing around the corner waiting for the elevator. We would try this location again because the area on the beach was beautiful in hopes the cleaning would be remedied and staff would be more professional.

The location was great! The one bed had springs sticking us in the sides and it was uncomfortable to sleep to say the least. Also men working in and around pool and we could not sit there. We had to ho on the beach and rent chairs for 60.00. Not happy about that.

Loved the location and views were amazing! Bathroom definitely needed some upkeep/updates. Bed/bedding not comfortable.

Very close to the beach, clean, quiet. Bed was not the most comfortable.

Location Having to close blinds because of the nesting sea turtles. There were not any nesting turtles at all. Can only get 1 parking permit if you have 2 cars.

The staff was friendly and easy access to the beach. The room was really nice and clean upon arrival. The elevator kept breaking down and lack of parking on site.

Right on the beach chillin like a villain! Nothing it’s all great

It was by the beach. Too expensive for such a simple place. Plus Booking.com said it was $159 a night but I ended up paying over $180. :( Also the mattress was not comfortable:
