The Molloy - A Boutique Beach Resort

The setup was great: 2 double beds, a cozy living room, and a dual-entry bathroom connected to both the bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed—full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker—making it easy to cook breakfast and dinner right in the room. Quick beach tip: It's a bit of a trek to the water. The front desk lends out free umbrellas, but their lounge chairs are pretty clunky to haul down the walk, so pack your own light beach chairs if you can. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

From first experience, everything! The office staff to the cleaning ladies, all were so kind. My first time in St Pete and I felt very welcomed by locals, other tourist. Very, very clean and comfortable atmosphere. You can’t find hidden gems like this…..please, book your stay! I will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone! Nothing not to like.

Location was perfect! We had a weekend getaway and it was perfect. We were able to relax in the hammocks and enjoy the property. Our room was updated and the staff were so nice. From the moment you enter the property the staff walked us to our room to ensure to answer any questions. We stayed in unit 12 and the AC worked great. I wish we would have booked a room with a king bed, but honestly the location and view of our room was perfect so it was worth the sacrifice.

Check-in and out was easy. The amenities were nice and peaceful until the neighbor property started using a chainsaw. Are room was nice but there is a short in the light and it would randomly turn on and off all through the night. If your looking for a property on the beach and convenient, it's the perfect place. Overall our stay was good.

Perfect location on the beach, very beautiful looking out into the bay. It was like staying at your own little apartment with a full kitchen and private bedroom. Everyone was so helpful and polite. They offer beach chairs and lounge chairs but when we got to the beach they were all broke down. Other than that it's an excellent place to stay on the beach.

Location is great Staff was nice There was no hot water except the one time the receptionist came to check it out The walkways are super tight with chairs and people’s stuff blocking it, making it hard to get in and out of your room.
