Had the handle to the outside room door fall off! They fixed it quickly. Then discovered the room was accessible without a key- just open the door! Reported it and wasn’t fixed during our one night stay. Couldn’t leave the room with knowing anyone could walk in!

Exceptional staff, great and safe parking lot, clean room. Was no complimentary breakfast and no real coffee in the room, only tea and decaf coffee. Location just off the freeway was perfect.

This HGI was brand new, very clean and the staff was wonderful. We could walk to downtown from there. They also we setup to be truly dog friendly.

The threadbare gym towels show less use than poor laundering. Strike 2 for management practices. Not having hot water for tea, along side the coffee service area didn't bother me, a confirmed coffee drinker. But I lost trace of the hapless tea seekers, some of whom would have settled for just hot water.As it turned out, the joke was on me, the hotel coffee was cold. But I found a quality hotel restaurant here, a quiet room and a secure place to park. That was enough to simply wish the manager a refresher course in business management.

Loved the staff, the cleanliness the property the room! The food at the restaurant was good not great! The body wash in the bathroom was empty when I was in the shower. The beds are hard but overall, I would definitely stay there again.
