We couldn't get in for breakfast until almost 8 and when we did it was two bags of cereal and styrofoam bowls and a few apples left out on a table. The pool was unusable. We did not try the hot tub. The room was ok. Clean enough.

We have stayed here many times in the last ten years. Never again!!!! The key quit working on the second day. Could not find anybody in office, the phone number posted everywhere is disconnected (they later told me because payment past due), thankfully the maid let us in. Got new keys later that afternoon. They come and knock on our door at 1:30am, saying, “sorry we’re trying to see how many rooms we have to rent” ????????? I’m sorry, but are you kidding me???? No pool, no hot tub, no free breakfast. Hopefully new owners or management soon.

This property had so many conditional maintenance needs the carpet multiple dark stains and from the photos you can see the condition of this property is rundown and unacceptable condition

Free continental breakfast was advertised but not available. Pool and hot tub were also closed. No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in and there was a phone number taped to the window but I called several times and no one answered. Finally was able to get them to answer the call phone and come check us in.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was dated, dingy, but clean. Front desk attendant wore a furry cap with dingo balls hanging off. No breakfast as offered; advertised 6-9am. I arrived 845 and the breakfast room closed, chairs on tables. Light bulbs in room very dim. Couldn't see. They don't answer their phone.

Manager was more than accommodating. We had an issue with our first room but he fixed it immediately, no questions asked. Very friendly and definitely took care of us

NO one on site, We had to call someone to check us in. No cups drinking or other wise, no coffee as advertized. No one in the office to answer phone calls for help.

Expedia took my money, only to find out on my arrival that the hotel is shut down. No refund. This will be the last time I will use Expedia

The room was clean. However, it was advertised to come with breakfast and did not. That was part of the reason we booked the room in the first place.

We stop here on the way to AZ and also on the way home. The room was clean. It was a little disappointing this stop. They must be in transition. The office was Locked and we had call to get someone to check us in. They didn’t have the restaurant open nor any morning breakfast available. The gentleman wasn’t the most friendliest, and we were only allowed 1 key, he was very adamant about that!

Bathtub was clogged, couldn’t take a shower. Beds were dirty and breakfast lobby was locked out during breakfast hours

Nothing. No one is at the front desk to check you in. Everything. Dirty place, horrible staff, and didnt refund me a night after no one was at the front desk ALL NIGHT to check me in. I slept in my car outside the hotel.

The hotel was closed and has been closed for months and should not be on your site as an available location for people to stay.
