The front desk staff,Bella and Phillip, were amazing and accommodated my family with everything we needed. Breakfast was great with many options with my kids favorite being the self-made waffles from the waffle maker. The atmosphere and grounds are unique. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous and the views were great! It is definitely a place we are planning on staying at again.

My parents were evacuated during a fire and I booked this hotel for them. They absolutely loved it and the staff was so accommodating when it came to booking additional nights since the evacuation orders had not been lifted. Great property, located conveniently right next to a Wal-Mart. My mom loved the staff, the free breakfast and the hot tub!

The back side of the property has a beautiful panoramic western view of the mountains that made for a very pleasant experience.

One tip for future travelers: most restaurants in Trinidad close around 9:00 p.m., and Uber Eats has very limited options. Be sure to plan your dinner in advance if you’ll be arriving late.

My single complaint is that the keycards kept not working. I think I had to get 3 different keycards before one finally worked. That being said the front desk person working was extremely kind and helpful.

We loved our stay here! We were in town for a Memorial service and the common area provided great space for us to gather with our family. All staff was friendly and helpful and the property was well maintained.
