Had problem with the room's refrigerator. I informed the front desk and a brand new...brand new, newly purchased...one in less than 15 minutes. It was set up and the old one was removed and the staff asked if there was anything else that we needed. Wow.

Not bad for an overnight stopover. Tho the city Trinidad kinda disappointed us. Most things on Friday afternoon was closed. Food at the Chinese place was mediocre with even worse service.

Electrical outlets with exposed wires hanging out of the walls, pubes in the shower, huge hole in the bathtub wall/faucet area. Bathroom cabinets falling apart. We only stayed to sleep for a few hours mid road trip so didn't bother to complain to anyone. I wouldn't stay here again. Didn't feel clean at all.

Look the place is for people on a budget. The bed was spotless, the toilet and shower were clean as all get out. The staff was super nice and the place has the BEST view in town....opening my door and being able to gaze at mountains, sky, lake, and town doesn't get any better. Now. The property IS old and I was a little concerned looking at it from the highway but I have no regrets.

Terrible, dirty, gross, disgusting, door with no weather stripping so light, air, bugs comes thru, smelled nasty, major concern about bed bugs. Sleep in your car it would be nicer and cheaper. Have reached out for a refund as ended up sleeping in car.

The staff was so nice and the view was incredible. The room itself was a bit run-down but otherwise very clean and comfortable. For the price it was well worth it. Will be coming here again :)
