There is a great view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the hotel. The City of Las Animas - Bent County Airport is 10 miles northeast of Trinidad Quality Inn. The property was clean, plenty of parking, the front desk staff was friendly and they checked me in quickly. Mike in housekeeping was respectful, answered some questions for me, and he did not rush me out of the room although I was running late. He allowed me to get my things together without any pressure. I appreciate that kind of patience and assistance. I've been traveling through Trinidad for the past 11 years and I always stay at the Quality Inn as it is the half way point for me between Wyoming and Texas. The rates are reasonable and the staff is always pleasant. That is just a good old fashioned way to end the day, and get some quality sleep with the most comfortable pillows to lay your head on and drift off to sleep. Enjoy!

Great location, breakfast was 9/10, rooms were very roomy and bathroom was spacious. Only downside was AC wasn’t super cold but still 8/10 other than that was a great stay, very nice hotel compared to surrounding hotels and was located close by a lot of beautiful areas. Would stay again.

The managers do a great job of overseeing this somewhat older but nicely remodeled property. We really appreciated being able to stay there with our two dogs.

You have to vacate the breakfast area promptly at 9:00 am because the employee has another job to go to and must lock up the area. My mother arrived around 8:30a and was busy visiting with travel companions so she had barely had time to eat and left her plate to be discarded before realizing she could have possibly brought it to her room.

Older property. No carpet in room was a plus. No elevator. Ada room has a tub, no handheld shower nozzle. The couch in room had stains. It was sold out but was quiet. The breakfast was usual continental no issues. The pool looked good,kids were having fun.

We spent 1 night here to rest and continue our way, a clean room and the staff very nice, only the breakfast very limited and the facilities a little old. they had a bar and pool table beautiful views and a indoor pool and jacuzzi ..
