Last minute booking. Slept well. It was clean and staff was great.

Great place for our quick stop over on a turn and burn trip!

2 large burn holes in the bedspead from smoking. Sort of scared to sleep in the bed. Everything was very dated. Not sure how it has such good reviews.

The hotel staff and amenities were wonderful. It seems they are remodeling and the mildew odors are terrible in the bottom hallway and the room I was in had an awful smell that even got in my clothes.
-
It’s just ok and gave some smell
-
Clean room, but the breakfast was not so good.

It is an older building. It is well maintained. The bathrooms have been remodeled but it stops there. The room was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. No frills inexpensive room for the night.
-
Hotel was older with spot renovations. Rooms were spacious and beds were average. Breakfast was average. Rooms were clean and shower was hot, so not much to complain about there. Overall a convenient place to spend the night during a roadtrip.

Hang the do not disturb tag on your door or not, doesn’t matter, you will be woken up at 9-9:30am regardless of how many days you’ve chosen to stay. 3 rooms for 3 days and it was a perfect 9 times we were awakened. Not just that but they knock and before you can even get out of bed they walk in. Had a man walk in on my daughter in law and grandson. Had two ladies walk into my room while I was still asleep. (Slide locks were off because the other family had left for work). Not one of us were very happy about it. If you leave early then you should be good. Don’t plan on sleeping in though.

Lady at reception was nice and helpful. Ice machine worked.

Old hotel with reinovation. Good location next to I-25.

Good Place!

I like that the hotel was very safe and secure as the rooms were inside not facing out. It was very quiet, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. When I go to Trinidad I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast which is good as the Marriott. I'm sorry

Place smelled like wet dog, booked a non smoking room that had a smoke smell in it, staff were basically nonexistent and unfriendly. Pretty terrible experience
-
Beautiful hotel way more than we expected for the cost. We stayed at other hotels that cost more and were a dump compared to you. We definitely will stay with you again next time we are in the area Not much grass for our pup.

Location and price

Good

This is a very basic, clean hotel. The price is good, it has a nice indoor pool and hot tub and there us bit a kit if waste in terms of things you do not really need during your stay. I would truly recommend it.

Price was good and the hotel is well located. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The main check in area appeared well kept. Plenty of parking was also available. I realize it's a Quality Inn but this one was very dated and the room had a distinct smell that never went away. We got up early and left which is not our normal. When I was leaving water was dripping on my head while walking down the hallway.
