I wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent stay at your property. This was my second stay with Holiday Inn Express and suits Trinidad during our 7‑day trip, and the experience was just as pleasant as it was on Day 1.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at in many years of travel. The only thing that wasn't really nice was the need to replace the carpet in the elevators. The breakfast space was really nice, as was the reception area and "living room" with a TV. Our room was great. The housekeeping staff was also great.

Location Not clean. Smelled like mildew. Carpeting was worn and torn. Elevators dirty, this hotel needs a remodel.

Great option for stopping in Trinidad. Friendly staff no matter what time you get in, comfy beds and clean rooms, and a decent breakfast in the morning. Plenty of options and seating for breakfast. Stayed there twice in a week on our roadtrip.

3. What appeared like blood drops on comforter on one of the beds.

Great breakfast, clean beds, helpful staff, doggie area needs to be cleaned especially the trash containers. Not enough towels, only 3 for 4 people and no towels in swimming area.

Check in was very easy. Even though staff was by himself, he was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean although bathroom did have a musty smell. Beds were very comfortable and quiet room. We will stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the morning staff was excellent. When we got there to check-in there wasn't anyone to help. There was a note saying he was helping another guest. I stood there for 15 minutes before he came to the front desk.
