I had a difficult time checking in and had to wait for someone else to come rent room because I had lost my ID, even tho I've stayed there multiple times and my ID was on file. So I was unable to check-in for a few hrs until it was cleared up. Other than that, it was great as usual!

The cleanliness of the hotel was far below what I would expect. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and throughout our stay it seemed that housekeeping was either nonexistent or extremely inconsistent. A clean room is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and this fell well short. To make matters worse, several interactions with staff were unpleasant\. Rather than feeling welcomed or valued as guests, we found the service to be dismissive and unfriendly. I understand that every business has an off day, but the combination of poor cleanliness and poor customer service made this a stay I would not recommend. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

Short responses, no smile, not friendly once so ever. The carpets through halls, rooms & stairs all dirty. No elevator. Room missing ac vent insert. Just a big hole. Looks like people live in some units. Continental breakfast was coffee & honestly don't know if there was even coffee. Windows were open throughout hotel. AC not being used. Doors to entrance on side all open, no key needed. Curtains falling off both rooms. No hot water. Ran it 15 min & not even warm water came out. For peace of wind DONT STAY , NOT SAFE

The front desk attendant was unprofessional and photo copied my government photo ID which I later discovered is actually illegal in the state of Washington. When I went to check in/out I had to go looking for someone that works there to do there job

When we checked in, the first room we were given smelled terrible. We asked politely for another. When we walked into the second room, we were startled to discover it was already occupied by someone else. This would not have shocked us had we read room reviews first, as this appears to be a shockingly common problem here. Of course we asked, still politely, for yet another room. The third room was ... fine. It did have a strong fragrance, but that dissipated with time. There was also hair in the shower.

The door to the room fell off of the hinges. It was a challenge to have them put it back on. This place is a total dump. The whole building needs to be destroyed. The rooms stink. The whole place is a dumpster fire.

We stayed here because it was close to Edgefield where we were seeing a concert. It wasn’t the worst but I doubt we would stay again. The room was fairly clean but the plaster was crumbly and there were holes in the walls. The staff was not very welcoming. It looks like they had newer landscaping done.

The staff was very rude and extremely unprofessional

There were cars in the parking lot with flat tires, people living in their cars, the smell of urine very strong outside, they didn’t replace anything but towels, no restocking of soaps or coffee for the pot, the coffee pot leaked so I had to put it in the sink when brewing, the outside doors are unlocked at all times so anyone can access, the inside smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. I had 4 little girls there and I won’t take them back. Also, we had to have the room keys reprogrammed each day. The place did not feel clean or safe.

Location was great for where we needed to be. Nice selection of television channels. Restaurants nearby. Shower leaked and made noise. Beds were uncomfortable and made my back feel sore. One pillow was cracker thin and the other was way too big. There’s a hole in the bathroom wall that looks like someone kicked through the wall. Unpleasant odor, maybe used to be a smoking room ? Door to building had a lock that didn’t work and you could open it without a key.

When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk. After probably 5-10 minutes a young man came out. He gave us our room keys, only one worked and the room smelled of smoke. The hotel says no dogs but there were barking dogs in the room on first floor. I love dogs, and if it says no dogs I would never bring mine! Also, there was apparently a long term resident dying from cancer who screamed please help when we walked by. I was horrified, I lost my son to cancer and hearing that poor man cry was very traumatic! The rooms did not look anything like the pictures, there was no morning coffee area, the restaurant is filled with tables and mattresses and remodeling stuff!

Secure your vehicles, the staff are minimally helpful.

The location was excellent. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The carpets were extremely dirty and the whole building had an overwhelming smell. This hotel skimped out on the toiletries-the shampoo was in tiny quantity, there was no conditioner, and the soap quality was poor. The shower curtain wasn’t water proof so the bathroom floor flooded every time we took a shower. We were a family of four and we were started out with only 3 towels, one bar of soap, and two small sample sizes of shampoo. The quality of the products were bad and the quantity wasn’t enough. Especially the shampoo sample packs-there wasn’t enough for even just one person.

The price says it all. It was decent but not great. We just needed somewhere to stay for one night and it fit the bill.
