Dirty, bullet holes in the door and a horrible breakfast.

The room location. It was by the stairwell and outside south door. Everytime guest would enter/exit at all hours, it sounded like they were coming and going in/out of our room and some even talked. Hardly slept at all...that room needs to be a service room.

The property, my room was cleaned by the staff in the usual way. A problem that they did not see or overlooked was that somebody had smeared feces on the wall. When I talked to the desk about the problem, she blew it off and said that the cleaning person must’ve missed it. She didn’t seem to care whether it got fixed or not.

Due to a vehicle emergency we booked a last minute stay here as it was close to the car garage we were using. The staff were friendly & helpful, the room was good size, clean & had what was expected with a nice tv. The rooms do need some maintenance though as there was a hole (punched fist?) in one of the walls, toilet seat looked very old, etc. Breakfast was very minimal. I'd stay here again if needed but not for a long term stay especially for the price we paid.

The frifge didnt work the romms dirty filthy matresses no linens on pull out matrees nody fluids stain.the room i saw in pocyure wasnt even close to the actuall rom maybe 25years agon nroken lights witj no bulbs it was the most horrinle experience i ever has in a hotel i left at 7am after 1st night.manager said i would get money nack on 1st night if i left right mow that was at 10.15pm 1st night ,knowing i was drimkong and had a head light out.it was my birthday weekend and it was a disater i qas looking forward to it sice i booked it in late march!!

There was a weird smell like old thing when me and my family enters the room. The couch has stains also. Staff are nice.

The staff was very helpful The rooms were clean the air conditioner worked well. Microwave in the room. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

The facilities were clean, and the staff was mostly attentive. The room was spacious and had recently been modernized Check in/check out was a little bit strange. There weren't any problems really, but it was an odd circumstnace. No big deal really.

Everything was average. The bed covers were paper thin and I had to use the covers from the other bed to keep warm. Also, walls are not sound proof especially the ceilings. It sounded like the people above me were bowling from 10pm to 12.
