Good customer service with a nice clean room

Roaches and the beds were hard

It was convenient to the location we were up in Oregon to go to It wasn’t well kept. Several things in the room were not maintained

Some of the staff was helpful and some were not at all. Carpets are very old and filthy left our socks and feet black. Gross.

Super nice staff. Laundry available. Good breakfast. Great AC.

Clean and has pool and hot tub The staff member I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and accommodating, but the lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I checked in.

The room was very dirty wouldn’t recommend.

Location was good. TV didn't work so we let them know. They supposedly fixed it but then it didn't work again when we tried to turn it on the second day. Wasn't the cleanest and when we mentioned the conditioner was empty in the shower they said it would be filled, it wasn't for the shower the next day. We had stayed there a year or so ago and it wasn't nearly as run down. We won't be staying again. The lady during the day was nice but seemed to be over worked.

Seem like we had a lot of issues, not having enough towels and hand towels every night or in room coffee almost every night.

Nice spacious rooms. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and had pleasant conversations. Staff was very helpful with local information. Service was quick when you needed something. Having coffee readily available was nice! Location was good and the price was reasonable. Perhaps some more options at breakfast. A better jacuzzi would be great but realize this is an older hotel.

Superb

I had to switch rooms because the refrigerator did not work and neither did the bathroom fan. The new room had very poor drainage in the bathroom sink. I opened the drawer next to the the bed and the drawer fell off. When relocating to the new room I left behind a small red lunchbox. Apparently, it never turned up. I went to check on it 3 times with the same response-we will check with housekeeping.
