Have stayed here for YEARS on Business. Good location, secure Parking, Banking, stores & Restaurants. I'll be back again & again.... N/A

Clean! No meat at breakfast, No microwave.

I added an extra few days and they allowed me to keep my room and not have to check out/in. There were additional fees I had to pay at the property. Portland is not supposed to have taxes, but they called these fees taxes for some reason. I had 2 consecutive bookings which made these fees HUNDREDS of extra dollars I was not expecting.

Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I will come back. No complaints

COURTEOUS STAFF! ROOM 418 COMMODE OVERFLOWED ONTO FLOOR, "NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL"; TV WAS NOT SO UP TO DATE WITH STREAMING OR SHOWS; BLAND!

This facility was adjacent to a venue we needed that evening. Gritty room with disgusting bathroom with a leaky toilet. The ceiling of the bathroom had holes all over it where someone had repeatedly psychotically through a knife into it!

Friendly staff, clean room. Used stairs to go down, door was locked on the 1st floor. Had to go down one more and outside in the rain, wind and cold. Not cool.

Clean, great customer service, pool and spa, location. Especially loved the lady who ran breakfast in the morning. She was so wonderful and helpful.

Conveniently located, plenty of parking, fairly easy check in, comfortable rooms, relatively clean rooms. Lack of selection of items for breakfast, before the pandemic the assortment of food items were fantastic, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. We used to enjoy eating breakfast at the hotel but now always go out to eat. Also at night your entrance to the property is hard to see, could use some lighting.

Muffins taste stale. Yogurt was gross. The only thing semi edible was the English muffin. But I never have waffles so not sure if they were good. The rest needs major improvement like fresher/real pastries and bagels!! The buffet needs help. The room...the bathroom shower leaked despite their efforts to make it not do this. The wall was wet and you can tell it's a chronic issue from the peeling paint. The room was very clean so that is a plus. There was a lot of thumping going on from the room above, not sure what that was about.

The breakfast was very bad. There are no options for a diabetic person, everything is high in carbs. No eggs, bacon, ham, sausage , no diabetic friendly items, other than the coffee. The staff of the breakfast room is amazing. I don’t blame them for the quality (lack of, therefore) , they work with what they have. But the staff was super nice and service oriented. Maybe consider that some guests can’t have only bread and sugary stuff?

We really liked the location and how close it is to the stores, being close to the freeway is a bonus. The floors make loud noises sometimes and the levels seem a little uneven, just nitpicking.

Nice comfortable hotel I thought it was located more in the woods no so much in the town no big views
