Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites

Breakfast was the best I have had this year and I have traveled more than 30 days this year for several different trips. Yummy Food and the Lady working the Breakfast on July 5th was so kind and very thorough.

Pool area clean with towels provided. Jacuzzi good temperature but jets were weak.

Overall the room and property was clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Property is in a good area with good food options in walking distance. We really only had two issue with our stay. One was that the fitted sheets barely fit the bed. The corner would pop off throughout the night and have to be constantly put back on. The idea of waking up on the mattress was a little off putting. Second was that after our first big day of events, I came back to take my first shower of our stay and found that the shampoo and body wash in the shower were both empty. We hadn’t packed any of our own knowing that the hotel provided them. I feel like that’s the kind of thing that should be checked during a room clean so a guest isn’t left standing in the shower with no soap. I had to send my son to the front desk to get some. While we didn’t have a long list of problems, it was definitely enough to lessen our overall experience.

Clean, efficient, good service - did the trick for a very rainy weekend.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Overall quiet. Hotel was convenient to downtown. Able to walk to and from so no concern about drinking alcohol and driving.,the breakfast was good and plentiful.,Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed stay and would return if coming back to area.

Hot tub was very nice. Breakfast food was good (especially the biscuits) and staff did great job keeping it well stocked and the area very clean. Staff were all friendly. Bathroom soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner were really nice… big bottles, not the personal size. Ordered some for home use.

Great hotel! I stay here about once a month when i travel to the Portland area.the rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is quiet. I haven’t used the pool, the gym, or the sauna but they all look quite nice. Highly recommend

We stayed here to explore the gorge and be close to PDX when we flew out. This location was perfect for us and had a 6am breakfast which was great for us to get started on our hikes early! Comfy beds also

A kinder, safer place to park with easy access to nearby places like Walmart and restaurants.

We have been staying at this Best Western for over 20 years. It is a bit of a hidden gem. It’s close to the freeway, stores and restaurants. It is very quiet and maintained well. We love that they have a pool, hot tub and a sauna.

For being charged for getting the room a little early. Not a good customer experience.
