Good location if you want to visit Troy It was too noisy

Very clean hotel- we only slept there so cannot comment on amenities but would go back

Room was pretty clean, but there was a pile of towels outside the room. Also, no cold water available.

Well maintained and quiet property with ample parking. Highlight is the paved riverwalk with many bars & restaurants a very short walk away looking over the Hudson.

I can't say anything was a positive here. Very disappointing Marriott property. Terrible location under overpass and right on street, area is old and run down looking and doesn't give the feel of being safe to explore. Our first room had feces smeared on the toilet lid. We had just walked in and immediately called front desk and they moved us from the river view to the front noisy side. No complimentary waters offered at check in as was supposed to happen, no soap in shower dispenser the three days we were there, maid service every other day we found out when we asked next day why room not serviced. So you have to go to desk to get more coffee, cups, towels etc. Only saw one person working the restaurant for breakfast, so we went out to eat.

I was in town for a wedding where they had rooms set aside 2 blocks away. When I tried to reserve at the preferred hotel, i was told there were no rooms left in the block. They still had rooms available, just not at the group rate, so figuring its usually more of a lower priced hotel i asked to book for 2 nights. I was given a price of $1500. I said WHAT??? And thenbi said Forget it! I callled the Courtyard Marriott and was given a price of $400 for the two night stay which is much more reasonable and also a better name hotel. So Thank you COURTYARD MARRIOTT for not price gouging people. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Pillows. Every hotel... the pillows start out good and then theyre flat as a pancake in the middle of the night. I didnt love being on the street side of the building and could hear the trucks passing by

They have bed bugs , check the bed prior to laying in it and you will see bed bugs and the staff is rude and not helpful. Horrible and nasty place . It looks good on the outside but in reality not

The bathroom was my favorite part of the room. I loved the layout and setup, and it was just as clean as the rest of the space. The staff was also courteous, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.
