Standard room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and enjoyed the gym!

We stayed here due to the proximity to RPI, the general area is not the greatest but you can tell it’s being cleaned up- the hotel was clean, safe and updated and the staff was helpful.

Breakfast choices, quality, freshness of food, staff friendliness, and gorgeous dining room. Room was well-appointed and comfortable. Common areas clean & inviting.

Good location that set me up for a longer drive up North the next day. There was a drug store and a few eating establishments within walking distance. Good Wifi. Nice breakfast buffet. Friendly, attentive front desk staff and restaurant staff. Clean room.

Best place to stay in Troy rooms are beautiful

i just slept there but the noise from the traffic is horrible

Some updates needed. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Elevator was dirty. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

Nice room set up! Our room had a little smell but amazing staff, so many channels and food was great downstairs, smoking bench was lovely! shower water pressure was not good though

Property is very clean Unfortunately, we did not have hot water and the bathroom was very poorly lit.

Make sure the water works. The got water and water did not work well

And they had EV charging! Slow, but enough for an overnight fill up!

Sorry we didn’t have breakfast there and we kept waking up because of the elevator it was right next to our room and you can hear the brakes stop when the elevator stopped if we do stay there again we would have to get a room far away from the elevator.
