Hilton Garden Inn Troy

The only complaint we had is that our room faced an extremely busy street with trucks passing through, etc. It was very noisy with the traffic beginning at 5 AM on a Saturday morning. Be sure to ask for a room facing the parking lot.

Good hotel. Can get busy with school move in and athletics

Our stay was fantastic. Front desk was very helpful. Recovery Room food was great and staff was friendly. We called the property early on the day of check in and they didn’t have our reservation from booking.com but we send them our confirmation email and all was made right, thank God.

Exceptional

The room and view was very nice. Glad to have a restaurant and bar open at the hotel for late evenings. Wish there was a free continental breakfast included + coffee downstairs.

Has a great breakfast buffet.

We have only one recommendation. The shower head needs to be updated. Everything else was great! Clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast area was also very clean and the staff was welcoming. Great food options and very good. Front desk staff also very friendly and helpful when our tv needed to be rebooted. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Bed bugs! Then, after sending pictures of the bites and rash, reporting the issue to staff…. Was told “Thanks for letting us know.”

They built hotel on a busy street wrong decision way to noisy so many trucks and traffic

Nice property at a great price but room was not ready at check in time. It wasn't much past but we had an event that night and it made our time really tight. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.
