We traveled with our dog. Everyone was very friendly and supportive of our dog but the front desk staff named Dean was very unfriendly to me and he wasn’t the dog friendly person either. First he didn’t say god morning, I was standing in front of him for a quiet a moment until he finally realized I am there. Then I had a feeling that he waited for our dog to do something wrong to tell us to leave the location. Even when I approached him without the dog he right away said “dogs are not allowed “ I called before I booked the hotel to make sure that I was okay to bring my dog and I paid $75 for dog stay. Our dog is really nice and friendly and everyone was ok with it.

We stayed here due to the proximity to RPI, the general area is not the greatest but you can tell it’s being cleaned up- the hotel was clean, safe and updated and the staff was helpful.
