Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Northlake

Put us in an ADA room when that wasn’t required. Unforced error. Dead roach in room upon arrival. Live roach in bathroom next morning. Smell of disinfectant in the hallways made us wonder what was being covered over.

Everything overall was perfect the parking, the staff , the amenities, and the security were perfect but the fridge and microwave was tiny and the bed and pillows felt like sleeping on the floor. Woke up at least 5 times during the night. Will not be staying in the future unless something at least with the beds is changed.

Very stiff pillows and bed. Not comfortable at all. YouTube didn’t work properly.

The air cordinator at room 270 was loud throughout the night like a generator and never cooled. Very sad

Checked into two adjacent rooms to find one with bed unmade and electrician's cart and other clutter inside and the other with standing water in the closet. Next room tried had non-operational card key reader. Finally tried two rooms on different floor and other side of the building. One had broken ledge in the shower. The other had roaches. Staff were ill equipped, unsympathetic and slow due to poor computer system. No complimentary breakfast despite amenity description that suggested it did.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not look anything like what was shown online, and the reservation was not what I expected. The photos and description were misleading, and the actual experience was completely different. I would not recommend this hotel, and I hope they improve their accuracy and customer service.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has everything guests need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff is kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile and great service. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

Love the pool, the staff and staff accomadation, the 2nd room,location.bedroom seclusion with door, roll out sofa. Weight room and pool was nice. Even tho they clean every other day staff supported and acco.odated Refrigerator too small, only had 1 washer 1 dryer, pool filter wasnt working, big cockroach crawling up hallway wall, only clean rooms and give out towels every other day.. first room had no wifi. Seems like higher company policies for dislikes. No complimentary breakfast..

As a result of this humidity, the door jams and hardware were starting to rust (something I haven’t seen in a hotel outside of a coastal area). I ordered a simple breakfast yogurt, muffin, and a coffee and it took 35 minutes to receive; there was only one other person ahead of me. The staff tried hard- but more training is required.
