Easy location. Nice customer Service. Need a better on-site dining option.

This is an older worn property. The rooms are musty, the carpets are old and dirty, hallway walls are dirty and wallpaper has rips, the chair in the room had worked out seat padding (had to use a pillow). The remote to tv didn't work, had to ask the maintenance guy to get me a replacement (very nice guy went to get me a replacement asap) I don't understand why the doors to back parking lot was unlocked. This is not a monitored door with personnel. All other hotels I have stayed require a key card to enter. This is a safety issue or policy has to be reviewed and amended if this is protocol.

The Manager on staff was very sweet and accommodating.

Loved the look and feel of the property and how it was pretty centralized to everything. Plenty to do in the area, so we didnt spend a ton of time in the car going back and forth. It was very clean and the room smelled great! We had a TV situation and the management handled it personally. I loved their willingness to step in to ensure we were comfortable. The best thing for me was, although the hotel was PACKED every night I didnt hear any noise from our room. No slammed doors, kids crying, folks just getting about their day...NONE of it. Not sure if the rooms were soundproof. If it was...THANK YOU! I'll definitely book again when we return.

I am an Hilton Honors member. I complained about the condition of the room aircondition equipment. ( the fan was extreemly load and I was awakened 4 times during the nigt every time the fan started) I was moved to another room on the 5th floor. This room was renovated very professionally. I was thankful for the new room

It was filthy from the start of walking in the front door. My room had oil all over the bathroom floor. It was a mess. A shower control was broken and disarray that toilet paper dispenser was in the sink. The door stopper that stops. The bathroom door fell completely off and laying on the floor very noisy. Lots of people scarcely clothed definitely not worth the money will not use this property again

Our stay was extremely excellent! The staff was very nice and friendly. The suite was great. I will be staying there again, when I'm in Atlanta.

All was good except for a noisy AC unit

Paris. Hilton would be appalled with the standard of this hotel that is certainly NOT in keeping with the Hilton brand we’ve come to expect in UK & Europe. An external inspector would place this hotel into special measures immediately.

Pool wasnt open and this was not made clear on website or when booking.

I don’t have much to say about this experience.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff was friendly and efficient. The building is aging and in need of new carpet or maybe LVP flooring in the rooms. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. Coffee was readily available, but water was not. I was not going to pay $6.00 for a bottle of water! (I drink a lot of water.)The parking lot was confusing but available.

My problem is that the front desk told me at check in to choose between either a $30 food/drink voucher or extra reward points. We chose the voucher and ate breakfast for the same amount. Now, they are not giving the credit. Sound like a bait and switch to you?

The room was clean, a/c worked well, toilet was a bit low to the ground, staff very friendly.

I wish it was cleaner it looks like the covers where not clean.
