Hampton Inn Atlanta-Northlake

At the Hampton Inn in Nashville we received 2 bottles of water in a gift bag here we received nothing and had to give our CC for a $75 deposit. The lamp ion the nightstand didn’t work so all we had was the bathroom light and entrance light. Positive- there was a security guard there at night in the parking lot.

Cheese omelets, sausage, potatoes, toast, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal. I think k I saw someone with yogurt. It was well worth the price. Will definitely stay again next time going to Stone Mountain. Alraedy told my parents it’s good to stay there.

This is a solid 4 star hotel. Pool closed entirely too early. Parking can be challenging after 9pm, as they shut off the back side parking. I believe that it was for security reasons, but not 100%

Excellent staff and extremely clean room. The bathroom door had no lock available and the hotel itself had a humid/musky scent in the lobby and room. Nothing extravagant but definitely a turn off.

Front desk was friendly and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options are great.

Clean room and easy check in when arrived to hotel. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff did a good job only problems I had was the elevators that act like they want to break down, the smell of the hotel and the room I had but my biggest issue was the dirty shower!!!!

Nice and clean breakfast was good Booking charges one price and the hotel charges another. Nothing on website about having to pay at the hotel.

The bathroom door would not close. There was a smell in the room. The carpet was not clean. Unfortunately, a water pipe broke down the block, and the hotel lost water from 1 PM - 7 PM. When the water did come back on, it was brown for hours. I would expect the hotel to compensate for this issue, but nothing was offered even when asked. The bathroom was a good amount of space, and counter space too. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great to have and convenient; there was hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes each day, waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, bagels, muffin, yogurt. So a good selection for adults and kids.

Alicia, who tried to fix the double billing. Jesus and Maria, who both were exceptionally helpful when we needed a plunger. The water main break had messed with the toilet flushing even after water was restored. That I was double billed at check in despite already having paid. The staff were not helpful because they were too focused on the water not working.

From check in to check out, i have no complaints, I felt real hospitality, everyone friendly and courteous, clean facility...this facility will always be my first choice. There wasn't anything that I didn't like, but it would be nice to add sausage and French toast to the breakfast menu.
