Tru by Hilton Atlanta Northlake Parkway, GA

Rooms were pretty nice. Bathrooms nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool table in the lobby - clutch. One star for cleanliness. Literally found a cockroach in the middle of the room when we woke up and got ready for breakfast, which was not good. First time ever seeing a cockroach in a hotel. I was not expecting that. Usually one cockroach means more cockroaches somewhere else. Will not book at this hotel again. Sorry, but cockroaches are dealbreakers for me...

I liked that I was allowed an early check in. I didn’t like seeing dogs in the building, and my room had a little smell to it.

Room is very clean and well maintained. I love the location of the hotel and staffs are very friendly. This is the second time I stayed with this hotel. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area again.

It was clean; sometimes the door closer to the parking tunnel wouldn’t work. Walls are paper thin you can hear whatever is going on in the next room. There is quiet house 10pm-9am which is nice for others to be mindful.

Noise next room loud and then the lady at the desk came up and spoke with them and it got worse. I had to move to another room to get some sleep. I always stay at the Tru Hilton and that was the worse experience I’ve ever had there.

House keeping was wonderful and breakfast was amazing. Location was everything! Very clean place. Bar should be open 7 days a week.

No microwave in rooms

The room was small and there was too much in the room to move around. I kept hitting my ankles on the sides of the bed.

Clean and safe location. Staff was good, some friendly some ok. Breakfast was ok, your typical but after toasting my bagel there was no cream cheese

There was a roach in our shower when we arrived and hair left on the floor. But other than that it was good. Staff was kind.

Hair found wrapped on a hanging hook, strands in the shower and the mini fridge did not get cold. Breakfast was good. Lobby is nice

Our stay was just one night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby and our room were clean. It was a very pleasant overnight stay.

Breakfast was the main thing that gave me a bad experience

The hotel was very nice and clean, its a great place to stay at when you want to visit the georgia aquarium.
