The room smelt like smoke. Someone rear ended my car, I reported it to the front desk, she told me to make a police report. When I went back the next day to see if they had footage, she yelled at me about the police report. The police wanted me to ask if there was footage 😖

I actually checked out the same night knowing that I was going to lose my money. The sheets were stained, the room had a funky smell and the place just felt super uncomfortable. People lived there which seemed like conflicts were at a tipping point. I did not feel same there and ultimately chose to leave and find another place to spend the night

Do not recommend this property. Rooms are dirty. Lots of bugs.

The rooms were filthy. My kids walked around in their socks and the bottom of their socks were black. The door looked like it had been broken into at one point with a sticker below it saying "for your protection, when in room engage deadbolt and latch." The bathtub had hair and clorox powder in it like someone started to clean and didn't. I couldnt have my family staying there so we checked out the same day we checked in. Will never go back. Disgusting

I am not understanding the service fee that you all have for this location for the room is already $71 a night so it makes it hard for people to stay here and maintain it like me. We have to pay by the night and then you wanna add an extra five dollar service fee on top of the $71 that I already had to pay other than that it was OK and I was in room 361. There was no shower. It only ran water out of the tub so I had to squat down to take a shower so that was very inconvenient.

Booked the room on line, I liked the price and location. I showed up pretty late11pm or so. There was no one for check in so after looking around a bit I saw thw kiosk, yes they were checking guest in remotely 2nd red flag. So I proceeded to try the kiosk they guy came on horrible English or course and the speaker was so loud it was echoing which made it more difficult to hear him. 3rd red flag.. after still trying to check in with this machine person.. a screen popped up and it asked what room you prefer pets or smoking.. that was the only options.. at this point I'm like naw im good but I tried to proceed anyway, then the universe intervened and the pay screen wouldn't work.. the guy says let me get the I.T person to help, I said no, and backed out the door, locked my card and paid $150 more and went to a place more suitable, if you are looking for some unsavory things this is probably your place, if you want service STAY AWAY
