Mar the desk clerk and The manager Jackie were so welcoming and understanding. Mar made sure that the complimentary breakfast went smoothly and was ready to fix any problem that showed up with the pancake machine. All the desk clerks were kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the employees at Best Western Gold Poppy Inn in Tucson, thank for being friendly, for your smiles even the lady that cleaned the rooms was sweet, friendly and had a great smile. The king bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. I highly recommend this Hotel!!

Rooms are nice and clean with new beds and large TV. The staff was kind and curious and took great care of me during my stay. They also offer a very good breakfast with your stay. Will definitely be back!

The clerk was very friendly and helpful. We needed assistance with directions in the area and the young lady was very polite and helpful. The beds were a tad uncomfortable and the breakfast was a bit on the cold side. The hotel overall was quiet and we got some needed rest.

At this price range, one gets all the usual amenties and then some. The pool and hot tub were an ideal addition you don't get at other locations similarly priced. Staff actually went beyond to help with an issue in my suite. I will definitely book here again!
