Nothing to like

I didn't like the property manager at the desk. She was very confrontational, and she doesn't know how to talk to people.
-
Trash management was a disaster and completely fake as hell The management and people around the property
-
Nothing. The room they gave me was dirty and the carpet full of hair

Location was alright close to food and gas stations Had the front desk come in ur room 2x and lock us out once saying we were smoking cigarettes in our room which we were not and was told if they smelled it again we would be charged a $250 fee and kicked out of the property, 2nd time came in and said "we know weed is legal here but you can't have it visibly out which is was not it was hidden which means they went through out shit to find it. Walked down to our car with a beer in our hand and was told we couldn't have alcohol outside of our room but the next day another gentleman was outside with a whole case of beer sitting at the smoking section. Was told we couldn't smoke in our vehicle but by this time we were pissed off and continued doing so anyways. The air conditioner to get to work we had to keep shutting it off and turning it back on wound not kick on automatically. Stay away from here, we have been staying month to month at a lot of hotels recently and by far this was the worst one

The staff very rude and un profesional

Bry in the office was extremely sweet and helpful, and housekeeper very nice too. We were on the bottom floor because I'm disabled and we stayed 3 weeks and have at least 7or 8 different people above us that were so noisy beyond reason. Pacing back and forth from door to kitchen... stomp stomp for hours, then last people were extremely drunk and jumping up and down where we thought the light fixture was rattling like it was coming off ceiling. Toilet smelled bad of sewer. Please consider getting king beds and our stay would have been much more comfortable. Overall great price and having fridge and microwave saved a lot but if we were there for a short time i would have been very disappointed .

Was over charged $200 for same room when the deal was still going on line and the sign outside said $300. I had paid $227 then the lady in office charged my friend who was paying for me $400. When I asked about it the lady said the room was different. I asked how was that when I stayed in the same room. It smelled like cigs badly. There was straws all over the room. I put my own sheets on bed cause there was black stuff all over the sheets. Read above.

Closet space The staff at the front desk are rude and disrespectful

I am very pleased with my stay here

Staff is less than adequate and rude. Booked a premium room and they gave me a handicap standard room. When I talk to the manager about it, she was very argumentative and not very willing to fix the situation. Also find it very inconvenient that the office is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM.
